2021 bronco Outer Banks. Two weeks after 2” lift and 35s, one of the front axles broke while backing up in my driveway in rear wheel drive. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah they’re super easy to fix if you realize you did it for sure. Another way to screw that pooch is pulling it apart by accident then jamming it back in there and thinking it’ll stay without removing the boot and doing it right. 100% of the time you pull it apart that snap ring is laying in the boot/grease and if it doesn’t go back in then you’re eventually gonna pull it out again.Sounds about right, they are super easy to break apart this way. The good news is that if you didn't lose any of the internal components in the CV, you may be able to salvage it.
Yes, I did this, because I was stupid, but I rebuilt it and have put 80k miles on it since. I caught the problem before I drove it anywhere, so depending on how much damage occurred you may or may not need a new axle.
This is also why running a bunch of lift on a non-sasquatch Bronco is a bad idea. The axles don't have the same length as the Sasquatch ones and can pull apart easier.
Some of the how-to videos for spacer lift, suggest unbolting the lower control arm and a few other things, with no need to unbolt the axle from the hub. But yeah I’m guessing spacer lift install without removing the axle from the hub and pulled it apart

I pulled mine apart reassembling it thinking that installing the axle nut would not cause it to pull apart... Issue is just the installation of the lift (or coil overs - a lot of the same thing there) - playing with that drivers side suspension the CV just really doesn't like it and it's super easy to get it out of whack.
Once you get it on, the m190 will do 35's just fine. The standard steering rack will probably have issues long before anything with the m190 will go, but it takes a bit more than a dirt road and a few ruts to do that. Daily driving and hopping the curb at Starbucks occasionally will be no problem.
