Yep, had to dismantle the strut and slip the preload spacer on below the coil bucket:I suppose you had to pull the springs off to get the collars on and apply the preload. Probably just needs to seat the springs and settle a bit. When I put my 6100 bilsteins on they settled a good 1/2 - 3/4” after a few days. Did you just do this lift?
are the rear collars 2” tall? Did they give about 2” of lift?
I like the thought of them settling the coming days, but I struggle with how or why that would be the case given the car already has ~24k miles and should be pretty well settled out by now? With that said and to directly answer your question, yes I just put the lift on over the weekend so the install is less than 48-hours old as I'm typing this...
The rear collars that came with the SVC kit are only 1/2" tall, but I didn't install them. Instead I just re-drilled the lower mounting bracket:
