There is a calm screen on the instrument cluster. You can also turn off the display on the infotainment screen. Both are standard settings that don't require forscan.
YUP, i use calm screen, and I am quite happy with my instrument cluster

Can confirm it isn't but I'd think you can get it activated thru Forscan for the Raptor. It's gotta be there.

You may be out of luck on that then, but on the bright side you do own a Bronco Raptor which is pretty rad.

Calm screen does NOT exist on the Braptor.

Calm screen DOES exist on Badlands, HLE and I am 99% sure on all other trims.

;) 😁

No idea anyone actually used that. I thought it was like turn signals on a white BMW.
I know you are kidding, but I have resorted to similar.

Why in the heck does Ford think its a good idea to force the screen to ULTRA bright when putting the vehicle in park. Especially when turning down brightness, does nothing? I get to work early, sit in the truck and relax for a few. But am blinded by the damn bright screen. Its ridiculous.

I want to ‘calm’ my screen by covering it with an analogue tachometer.

Right on!! Really think the “bar graph” tach is garbage, it’s too small, not bright enough to even see & mostly hidden behind the steering wheel. Plus it’s just counterintuitive to what you’re expecting to see. I’ve had many manual/autos in the past and always appreciate seeing an actual analog (or digital representation) of a tachometer gauge.

I especially needed an easy to read tachometer while in the mountains last week. Spent a lot of time manually shifting to lower gears descending extreme steep mining passes so I wouldn’t need to ride my brakes, but didn’t want to over rev it either.
