Good Afternoon,

Currently trying to do some VIN research. Our Heritage Bronco 2 Dr Manual has a low VIN number for 2023 that was built early in 2023 VIN: PLA20009 What were trying to find out is this something we need to turn into a garage/pavement queen or something that we can use and play with. Does anyone know where we can get a list of or find out any information on number produced and vin sequence. Thank you!

I am. If it is a low VIN something special I will just buy another one that isn't. I'm an old car guy and down the road that stuff matters.

If its nothing special great but if it turns out to be the first 2 Dr Heritage off the line sold to the general public that to me is something special.

It’s not.
2 door Heritage VIN numbers started in the PLA1XXXX range.

I have the HLE 4 door in Yellowstone. I don’t think there is a way to know what number your bronco was to come off the assembly line. I could be wrong, but they’re not numbered. With my the HLE, there were only 1,966 2 door and 4 door made. It would have been nice if we knew what number we were, but that’s not gonna happen sadly.

That would have been nice. I understand where you’re coming from because I too wanted to know what number mine was, and was bummed to find out there isn’t a way to. I’m a car person too haha this bronco is my chariot. My baby. She’s going to make one helluva classic one day

I understand what you think but as an antique car collector who buys and sells a lot of automobiles it matters. I have the means to buy a different one for an everyday driver and the ability to save this one if it turned out to be something special.

If you want a "collector" Bronco, look for a Heritage Limited and not just a Heritage. But I doubt even the HE-L's will hold significant value down the road. Also, depreciating assets don't make good investments.
