What are these things on the left inside cargo space?

I just finished installing my AuxBeam controller in the rear cargo area. But I find these and am unsure what they are for.
I believe the one with the frame showing through (red) is for the soft top (I have a hard top OBX); please confirm.
The other two I don't know what they are used for. Please let me know.

The second picture is to plug the wiper cable connector that runs to your hard top from the truck when/if you remove your hard top and disconnect it. The other 2, I can't help with.

The top one would have something if you had soft top, can't remember what. The last one I have no clue.

First one is where the soft top brackets mount. I have a hard top too so I 3D printed covers and screwed them into place there. Helped tighten up the rear cargo side panels and reduce the buzz from the subwoofer

Last one is a PATS sensor. There’s 5 total in the vehicle, they recognize when a key fob is present inside

OH, Thank you on the 2nd photo. haven't removed the HT yet, but ive been wondering as it looks like a fake elec connection. now I underetandQ

The second photo os indeed the storage connector for the hard top windshield wiper connector, above that is for the washer solvent hose to plug into.

Here are the covers, and I put eyebolts on them so I can tether stuff if needed. Could have used a filament that would blend in more but I never really notice them.

Here's the .STL. The two sides aren't the same though, you'll need to print one as-is and then flip the other before printing that one. If you have a textured bed you can mimic the cargo side covers pretty well too.

The wider washers in the pics were from Home Depot, and these are the eye bolts I used on top of them: AIVOOF Shoulder Eye Bolt, M6 Stainless Steel Eye Bolts https://a.co/d/6CWznhJ
