I was at the dealer today picking up my registration and license plates.
While standing in front of my Bronco with the sale’s rep, a girl in her Bronco came driving around us and yelled out the window ‘Buy it’
I answered back, ‘I own it’
And with her head out the window and a big ol’ smile on her face she gave me the thumbs up.

I love how happy she was just driving her Bronco and wanting to share that with others.
You don’t get that driving just any car.

A guy driving towards me in some non-descript crossover in the grocery store parking lot flagged me down and said he generally didn’t like Fords but LOVED mine lol.

I got ‘ducked’ by a Jeep owner. And there’s something about this picture that I took that I really love.

One of the things that I like about this picture is the shine on my Wildtrak. I looked up the date of the picture, and what I used to detail my Bronco around that time (I created a log in iOS Notes to track those things). Sure enough, earlier that day, I washed the car and applied Turtle Wax Ceramic Wet Wax. Very easy to use, highly recommended.

Went to the 4x4 and overland expo last weekend and got a spot just outside the gate. Spent 4 hours in there and got a good deal on some yankum recovery straps and soft shackles. Come back out and I have a large group gathered around my Bronco.... Spent the next hour and 45 min. answering questions. Felt like I was running a booth inside. Had 2 to three groups of people the entire time..... as one group left another walked up. Kind of ego (over)inflating. Have to worry about getting my head through doors now.

Got out of there barely in time....

There were lots of Jeeps and Tacos around... saw very few Broncos, they those few seemed to be hiding in the back and none in the expo... disappointing.

I appreciate that but I would definitely suggest there are many many other very fine examples that represent every bit as well and many times even better..... But thank you. I think a lot of the attention just came from the color.... and then "big tires".... It was refreshing to talk to the few, very few, that actually knew what a portal was.

Oh yeah, not at all because it hulks like a 1980's roided up linebacker. "What's that aftermarket antenna you got there??"

LOL.... Okay... ahhh... aftermarket antenna... The radio antenna is stock but the GRMS antenna I mounted to the passenger side light bar mount is a midland ghost antenna. Had to customize the mount a little to work but it got it up high and out of the way.
