Just wondering if anyone has added any size wheel spacers to a SAS package on the Bronco. It should give it a little more aggressive stance. Just wondering if this would make the tires rub? Also if they do rub I'm guessing a leveling kit might take care of it.

I put 1.25” Bora spacers on my Squatch.
I think it gives the perfect amount of poke with the outside of the tread lining up with the edge of the flare. Only the sidewall bulges out past.
In addition to the slightly more aggressive look, I found that it took the harshness out of the small bumps in the road. Also, I am much happier with the steering feel, I found it very heavy before, but now it is perfect! ( probably to do with the change in scrub radius)
Finally, to answer your question, no rubbing at all.
(though I haven’t had it flexed out yet)

It looks great. I'm pretty sure it will be ok, but keep us posted. People have been putting 37s on with no rubbing on road, so spacers on 35s should be ok...

Sorry to be going back on an old post. I am looking for spacers for mine. Have been told I need to go 1.4 (per BORA/BORNE OFF ROAD) so the studs don't stick out from the spacer. I have aftermarket 17x9 wheels with zero offset. Just looking for a little poke as my tires sit flush/just inside (on the front) of my SAS fenders. Looking at your pic here the 1.25 looks like there is no stud hanging out? I want a little poke but 1.4 and 1.5 are way too big for me, really wanted 1" but if I could get a 1.2 to work without trimming studs I would try it.

Can you confirm if your factory studs hung out of the spacer with the 1.25 or not?

TIA.

The studs are 1.5" total.. your brake rotor eats up a bit of that. 1.25 probably will be safe after seeing what amount of lug stud is left on my 1.5" spacers.

A few things…
If you look closely at the pics, you will notice that the studs do not protrude past the 1.25” spacers at all (especially on the rear)
I probably could have gone with a .75” spacer and still been good because the stock SAS wheels have a hollow between the holes on the back side.
If your aftermarket rims are 0 offset, then you already have the same amount of poke that I achieved with my 1.25” spacers.
(Factory SAS are -32mm, the spacers bring them out to 0mm)
Hope that helps.
