I just got the FORScan tool to make some much needed updates to by'23 Badlands 4-door with the Sasquatch package. One thing that I have not seen, is a way to allow me to use the sway bar disconnect and lockers more freely. I come from wheeling an old '73 K10 that does what I want, when I want, so the limitations on the sway bar and lockers can be a bit annoying sometimes. I understand why they have limitations from the factory, but I'd like to free myself from them if possible.

So, is it possible to do the following:
1. Use sway bar disconnect in 2WD
2. Increase or disable the speed limit on the sway bar disconnect
3. Engage the rear locker while in 2WD

Are any of these possible through FORScan or a similar tool?

If not, would it theoretically be possible to bypass the ECU and tie them directly to a switch (either the dash buttons or the aux switches)?

The Lux package has the useless phone charger, Sasquatch Badlands has the annoying e-sway bar disconnect. I don't even think you can remove it and go without or AntiRocks or whatnot, since the computer expects it to be there and factors it in.

I wonder, though... If the Boss 4x4 Walker Links would help here? That's possibly interesting, although I wonder if you'd just never use the sway bar disconnect.

I guess I always thought 4H was rear locker. 🤔 I drive in 4A all the time, I rarely slip on the roads and it does well on gravel.

Rear locker works in 2WD. Done it a few times in Florida sugar sand.

I’m honestly trying to figure out if this comment is serious or satire…

He doesn't like it because he doesn't have it, I personally love it.

What is so satirical? If there's a problem, please state your case.
Guessing that it's because you accidently misstated that the sway bar disconnect is included with the Sasquatch package, when it's actually included only on the Badlands. 🤷‍♂️

I'm pretty sure you can use the rear locker in 2wd, it just unlocks over 20mph, and there is no way to change the speed at which they turn off automatically, at least in forscan. The limitation is that if ford never intended a dealer service department to adjust something, you can't change it in forscan.

Thanks, that's a goofy error (of course I know but sometimes brain farts happen).

Sasquatch does not include electronic sway bar disconnect, that’s available on Badlands (with or without sas) and First Edition only. It does include a slight lift, upgraded shocks, front and rear lockers for trims that don’t come with them, larger tires and 4.7 gear ratio.

and the whole thought 4H was rear locker just made me laugh out loud while saying “please stay in the city” :ROFLMAO:

Before others say it, I promise I’m not trying to be a jerk but it’s hard to get my natural smart alec tone captured in text.

edit to add I just saw the other response about Sasquatch and they covered it much more politely than I did.

Yea, I kinda figured if someone found it by now that it would be out there already. And it does seem like there is some stuff in FORScan that they wouldn't really want you messing with, so I was hoping these would be an option too. And hopefully someone will figure something out eventually, would be really cool to unlock the sway bar wen going down a dirt road in 2WD at slightly higher speeds, just for the added plushness.

"What I really meant to do is make fun of someone I don't know because of a simple error and stating a simple fact that I could clear up, but instead will state my superiority to their experience and knowledge."

I guess your original statement is shorter but less accurate. ;)
