Yea, I replied to a similar idea earlier. At least on the rear seats, it only lifts the seat bottom, it would not provide any additional recline to the seat back as it is all driven by the bracket/mount/hinge in the rear

You could pretty easily at the front mounts, but it would only tilt the seat bottom. The seat back is controlled by the mechanism that is located at the rear of the seats and would not play well with being mounted at an angle. The brackets kind of need to sit flush and studs that the nuts go...
