It is really going to be subjective.
Very much so. I've never seen a single mass produced bumper that tickled my pickle so I was stuck making my own. I understand why they do it, but every winch bumper ends up being a giant chin.

Side question: is that the hammerbuilt rotopax on yours? I put mine on a few weeks ago and running it while empty is driving me crazy. It rattles and vibrates so much I'm starting to feel like I'm driving my grandmother's old farm truck.

I've tightened everything I can tighten, but no help. Did you experience the same?

Loving my SVC rear bumper.. I have not decided on a front winch bumper yet.. I do hardcore off road rock climbing..I’m very happy with the quality of SVC and the simple design look it has.. Built in 🇺🇸😎..It also has spots to hook up my parking censors, I just turned mine off and didn’t install them, Don’t need them off-road..

Yes I had the same annoying rattling noise with the stock plastic fuel filler.. I purchased this aftermarket one and it solved all the problems, also bought the thin spout adapter in this picture that works with our Bronco small filler necks.. Hope this helps.. Worked for me.

That’s a huge help! I wasn’t thinking it was the nozzle itself. I’ll pick up that spout and attachment as well. Thanks for the tip!

It’s interesting to me that of all the boxes people seem to want checked, rarely do I see airbag compatible listed? I personally didn’t know better until I bought an ARB for another truck. I was blown away by the mounts to the Unibody (R50 Nissan Pathfinder) they built. They had a built in expansion joint cut into the bracket assembly. Rarely do you see any of these companies doing anything like this. Wonder why?

@Demon4x4 it's just a DV8 OE plus bumper. I built a subframe into the bumper to hold the winch. Then tied the bumper into the intercooler mounts(plated/boxed). I no longer have active shudders.

I pretty much hung the bronco off the winch this week on 150ft+ pull. Pretty happy with the bumper but definitely could make some engineering improvements.

Why is there such a large gap between the body and bumper. Looks kinda odd, not the best fit n finish from what I can tell. I like the bumper but not if that is normal.
