"Placed at Industry" means that it is lined up for unloading. "Empy, Released to Customer" means, well, empty.

My rail car was just updated to “delivered” to East Brookfield, MA. Thankfully no other glitches in route from NY haha! Now the black hole of waiting for it to go to the dealer ….

i think this would def vary by dealership, mine didn't do much. thankfully...
i asked that they not mount the front license plate which they luckily obliged.
the only thing that has their name on it is the rear license plate cover...so ya, i'll take that out of all the nonsense stickers and badging from other dealers around my area.
other than that, they cleaned it up, tinted and detailed it. all within the span of the morning i came in since it arrived later in the day prior.
My tracker just updated to: Del. dates ....08/31 to 09/13

Still at Yesterday-9/10. This all sucks. Oh. And a hurricane tm. For both of us. And our trucks. And we can’t protect them. Dammit.

How do you guys know the next stop for the train. I know the automated message on CSX tells you the next delivery spot. But how do you guys track the way to your location is it a link to gather that info. My delivery is Las Vegas. So probably a lot of stops for me. They have a sept 11-17 delivery to dealer via ford chat.
I used google maps to track from the factory to Wa. I kept a list of all the checkpoints the tracker called out. I followed on the map.
Once it got to Wa state I knew where the tracks went and what towns were along the way so knew how close it was.
Basically you call the number A LOT!

Has yours unloaded from the train yet? I am watching your progress as mine is in-production now with a blend date of today. Mine is going to Mullinax Ford in Olympia so I would have a few more stops than you. My guess is mine will offload in Tacoma.
I’m not sure what happened to mine. It arrived in Kent on Sat the 26th. It never said anything but ‘arrived’. I thought BNSF unloaded the car carriers in Tukwilla not Kent so I’m lost now as to where it is.
When I track the railcar today it says it departed Kent 2:30am on the 28th with no ETA.
Dealer says they will expedite the process of getting it ready for me once they get it, but they have no idea on an ETA from the rail drop off.

My railcar actually says it been “constructively placed” which means it’s sitting on the tracks until they get instructions on where to put it by the consignee or unloader.
Mine went from schedule to be at the final rail yard on 8/31 as of this morning to constructively placed this afternoon. Dealer is about 45 minutes from that yard. Getting close although I’m 1600 miles from home. 
Was your dealer able to tell you where the trucks pick up from BNSF? I am asking my dealer to see if they know.
