Two questions: 1. Is the eruption green as nice as it looks? 2. Is the Marine Grade Vinyl a major upgrade over the cloth?

I love the eruption green. Even more than when I saw it in pictures. The marine grade vinyl seems like it may be a little warmer than leather but not sure if it’s a downgrade vs cloth. I think I would have been cool with either one.

I think Eruption green is really nice in person, in all types of light. It was at the top of my color choice but I feel that Cactus Gray will hide trail scars a lot better so I went that route but every time I see the EG I love it all over again.

I am in a giant minority here but for me I think the cloth is a huge upgrade over MGV. I have spent a lot of time riding in the vinyl seats on different trips and it is just too hot. It may not be burning hot but it does not breathe at all and gets sweaty. I was bummed when Ford forced me to MGV on my Big Bend. I don't turn a hose loose on the interior so no use for MGV.

There are definitely way more people here who love MGV who would never want cloth. MGV is super soft and really comfortable...just too warm for me.

Yeah so originally I wanted the cloth seats but the mgv seats I’ve sat in are nice. The local dealer here in Maryland has a 4dr OBX with the roast coffee cloth seats, hard top, v6, eruption green. Looks nice.

I’ve never sat in the cloth seats but the 1 hour and 45 minute ride home from the dealer in the MGV is accurate as the seats don’t breathe. That being said this is August in the south and they never felt too hot for me so I know the rest of the year will be gravy.

Just switched from CSX to UP and departed Missouri! Said arrival to next location would be the 30th, but not sure where that will be. My dealer is in Edmond, Oklahoma. Also checked Ford Pass and it still says Activation Pending, but the verbiage updated to “Connected features are being enabled.” Anyone else experience that or have any ideas on how long it will take from Missouri to Oklahoma?

I just checked my ford pass app and mine changed to say the same thing and it definitely wasn’t like that earlier today. Not sure what that means. Mine is still currently on CSX in New York .

Update: I think the tracker was just glitchy this morning.

So my Bronco won’t pull up on the tracker now. Wtf. Is this good?

Eruption green is a great color. Has a gold tint to it that really pops in the sun. Seems to be a very popular color in my area. I hard a hard time choosing between it, HPR, and azure grey. I originally ordered the green and switched the azure grey after seeing it in person. Would have been happy with any of them though.
