I’ve done the live chat three times over the past week. It got pushed back to this week and since talking to them on last Friday it changed from in production to in production-produced. I appreciate your insight. I’m hoping since there is/has been progress the email will come soon

Been in the "In Production" black hole for 2 weeks, not holding my breath...

Mine did the same thing, it is headed out west. The only ETA I had was when it would be in Gibson. It has since moved from there and is now on BNSF currently in St Paul but every stop along the way it would tell me the name of the place and would say there as no ETA. I just called back in several hours later and it was in a new place with no ETA.

That’s the one so far I ordered 3/27 built 8/11 and have been waiting since hasn’t been shipped yet.

Walt sold us our explorer in 2016 so I used him again for my Bronco order. He even let me test drive his brand new OBX 4 Dr befor I ordered. He took delivery just days before and it only had 100 miles on it!

Mine was scheduled to arrive there Friday, but was delayed 2 days in Buffalo before arriving Sunday. I’m just waiting on transport to the dealer now. Maybe they’re waiting for yours and the others local to MA and NH that have recently shipped first.

Looks like all of us were on the same CSX train to MA. I am also awaiting delivery to the dealer which is 55 min away from E. Brookfield, MA. Looks like my tracker was updated today with a projected date of 8/22-9/1 delivery. SO CLOSE!!

Only 1 delivered today and 2 entered Shipping. Not the turnout we all hoped for, but for 3 of us, it's enough. We picked up another Production Purgatory build today. I believe 8/26 was a date that was expected for parts availability. Let's get 'em Built and get 'em gone!

2. Major Milestones
Throughout the lifecycle of of order, these are the most common milestones you should be concerned with. These milestones may not be up to the minute in any tracker, and may be up to several days behind. It's not uncommon for a dealer to take delivery, while the trackers show "In Transit" or "Awaiting Shipping".

1. Order is in - You've placed the order with your dealer.
2. Unscheduled - Ford knows about the order, but hasn't assigned a VIN or a build date.
3. Order Confirmed
   • This can happen days to weeks to months after you place the order with the dealer. It depends on your "Priority Code", "Dealer Allotment" and current "Constraints"
   • Ford has accepted your order.
   • Typically you will get a VIN (from the dealer) and a build week or build day assigned.
   • In Order Processing is another status at this point.
4. In Production
   • Typically happens 1 week prior to your scheduled build day.
   • You Window Sticker will soon be available, if not already.
   • Sub-statuses
     • Sent to Plant - Ford has sent your order to the plant to prepare for your build.
     • Produced - Order has been built
     • Sent Offsite - Order needs to go offsite for installation of components not installed at the plant: bed liner, wheel well liners, tonneau
     • Released to Body Company - Getting one of the above things installed
     • Origin Received - Truck is being stored in a location while it waits on the next step.
5. Built / Produced - Your order is built and complete. Internally the status will show the order has been released and is awaiting shipment.
6. Shipped - Your truck is on its way to the dealer.
7. Delivered - The dealer has taken delivery of the truck and will soon be ready for you to pick up.
