When it gets unloaded, does that mean there is a truck ready to transport it to the dealership, or does it just sit at the railyard somewhere until there’s a truck?

Sadly, they wait. But my dealership is only 20 minutes away, so they get loaded up pretty quick.
My dealer is a little under two hours from the railyard. They did tell me that it’s been averaging 2 to 4 weeks once they arrive, but I’m still optimistic that I’ll be the exception

I wonder if our trucks will be picked up the same time, my rail car has been empty since the 17th and heading to NH also
Does anyone have any experience with the rail interchange? Mine went through the interchange in Gibson, IN and now it doesn’t have an ETA. I’m pretty sure it transferred to UP
Mine did the same thing, it is headed out west. The only ETA I had was when it would be in Gibson. It has since moved from there and is now on BNSF currently in St Paul but every stop along the way it would tell me the name of the place and would say there as no ETA. I just called back in several hours later and it was in a new place with no ETA.
My delivery window moved up a week in the tracker! Was showing 8/25-9/07 now says 8/18-8/31.
