I ordered their expensive mud flaps ($419.00)and was surprised when FedEx showed up with them today....wasn't supposed to arrive till Monday. Got home and opened the box. To my surprise they sent the flaps, brackets, and no hardware to put them together....the box wasn't damaged and was taped up, so I know they didn't fall out.........
So now they are just sitting there.......
They don't list a phone number and you have to use a contact us form. Let's hope they respond to that soon.

I bought a set for my Camaro, I was not happy with the quality. Most seem to like them, so maybe we are just the "lucky" ones.

Should have ordered the Gator backs! No issues, installed great, protects great, they're great, great company to work with, great big mud flaps to protect your truck. Did I say they're great?? :0)

I've had good customer service from them. Try emailing them. They got right back to me when I had a question.

I like their performance, but had trouble getting them installed right. What I've learned is that all those install videos, whether they are by the company or some U-tube dude, are new gear on new trucks. Also, they probably have done it at least a few times, and are sure that everything will fit just right.
I bought RokBlokz at 24K miles (having given up on Mabbet--no good for trails!), and I had a dickens of a time getting the thumb bolts to meet the threaded clips. I took the longer rear ones, and they were then long enough for the front flaps, but the front (shorter) ones were way too short for the rear flaps.
I ended up getting longer thumb screws off Amazon.
And: it's a real job re-installing the rear flaps after a trail run. I like the look and the X-tra long mudflaps do a superb job of keeping of keeping spray, dirt and (especially) pebbles and rocks from flying out. It's just that the install isn't as simple as I had hoped.
They did send me some longer thumb screws "as a one-time courtesy."

Three stars out of five.

They finally got back to me.....so the flaps come separate from the install hardware.....????
The flaps ship out of Utah, and the hardware out of Nevada.
I would think they would save on shipping costs if they shipped one package, but what do I know.
I have purchased them before for my Jeeps I have owned and they always fit like they intended....no install problems.

This reminds me of the guy years ago who bought a bunch of Dell computers. They came in just fine, packed reasonably.

Then a couple weeks later they got all these huge, square boxes, about two foot on a side. When they opened them, they were solid foam packs. Inside the foam packs, which were only cut in half, were legal documents related to the computers, printed in 8.5x17 (ledger) size, hence the large boxes. That was it!

He didn't know if someone was messing with him or not.

Love my RokBlokz! I mounted the flap to the hardware first then mounted to the vehicle. I installed them in the dealerships parking lot in about 10 mins. Their customer service has been great and my package came with everything I needed in one delivery. I’d buy again from them in a heartbeat.

Would probably be nice if they let their customers know to be expecting two separate packages before attempting to install! Simple stuff like this or like you said the company that makes the install hardware needs to send to them and they mail it out in one step like every other company does!

I have a set of iAG flaps waiting to go on mine when it gets here and everything is in the box!

For the price they should come assembled and ready to bolt on.
$400 AND I have to put them together myself?
I have these on my Bronco, and I totally agree with this. I spent way more time getting the darn things assembled than getting them installed. For the money, I would have liked them to show up ready to put on.
