Center bore is too large. These are 106.1—Bronco is 93.1.

Also wouldn't be surprised if they are too wide. 10" wide wheel with +25 offset... I haven't measured it, but it's probably too wide.

These scream drag wheels rather than off-road wheels, but never seen drag wheels with beadlocks before so that's... interesting.

EDIT— Google tells me they are "drag truck" wheels. Also... $700 EACH. 😲

Never seen top fuel?

I’ve never understood why off road is beadlock on outside only.

Oh I've definitely seen them on top fuel and funny cars before... but those are usually 16x16" wheels if I recall correctly, and I'm pretty sure the rules mandate the use of beadlocks. (Not really a drag guy so could be wrong.)

I don't think I've seen it in any of the other classes, but it's also been about a decade since I've been to an NHRA event. I guess for all I know beadlocks are mandated by all of the classes nowadays.

The center bore is a non issue.

They might be too wide.

They would for sure work with portals though.

That width and offset would probably rub with 33's. And that is a lot of money to spend on wheels to have to run both hub and wheel spacers to get them to fit right.

Someone please try these.
I'm thinking of buying one or two (may be easier to sell as a pair) and giving it a shot.
I think at the worst I can sell it and not loose too much money.
It may be a while though it's not at the top of the priority list.

Depending on where you live if the police want to be a PITA, they can write tickets for them not being DOT compliant. I could be wrong but I've never come across a beadlock wheel except for Hutchinson double beadlocks that was DOT compliant and have seen a few people get tickets for them. Granted those people were probably being wise guys during the traffic stop so it gave a reason for more tickets.

I just noticed something that scared me away from these. The load rating for the beadlock version is only 1650 lbs. The non-beadlock is 1800 lbs. Most off-road wheels start are 2500 lbs.

Weld told me 1800 for the bead lock.
But that makes sense considering they are only 26 pounds, which is why I want them.
26pounds for a beadlock wheel is fantastic.
I guess at the end of the day they'd be a very expensive gamble.

edit: So the front axle GAWR is 3270 pounds so 1635 per wheel so the 1800 pound rating would technically be within limits. Close though. Razor thin if the 1650 rating is correct.

Cost, reduced maintenance and weight. Outside only is enough for what most people do. Doubles are available though and you'll see them on the more serious crawlers/buggies/racecars.

Keep in mind that the GAWR is a static measurement. I could see it possible to exceed that in rough terrain.

Exactly as AK Sno Rider mentioned.... Most off roaders that end up with a de-beaded tire is on the outer side. Many times on rocks or v-notches you are on the absolute outer edge which is the cause. But there are double bead lock wheels on the market as well if needed.

Owned a couple of different sets of bead locks and currently still on my jeep, but can't imagine the maintenance on a double setup. Jack up vehicle and rotate each wheel to check the tq settings of each on the inner side.
