I heard back, here is the answer:

Those customers should be covered. We have adjusted the process for these missing certs - please contact COVP PHQ and they will generate the cert for any customer that is missing one.

So if the certificate is not showing, the dealer needs to contact COVP Program headquarters.

As it stands now I'm just a couple days behind you, you're a Granger order right? Odds are they'll be shipped out together so they'll get to hang out for awhile. Still debating if I'll make the trip or just pay to have it shipped to SC and save the miles on it but miss the pickup experience.

At least they caught it. I remember back in the first production runs in 2021 someone on here reported they went to take delivery of their's at the dealership and it had a different color backseat. I can't remember the exact details but say it was MGV interior but the back seat was leather.

Thanks Tim. My certificate was missing but the dealer's Ford rep straightened it out for me. My current issue is that the system is not allowing my dealer to apply it to my Heritage order. It's treating it as if it's a Heritage Limited I believe. The sales manager is working on it.

It’s actually not much of an experience. In and out in a 1/2 hour. No arm twisting to buy lifetime nitrogen, scent cards, or wax products. Just a pleasant but short experience. No need to work on your negotiating skills for a week before. They will pick you up from the airport or nearby hotel. Drop you off at the show room, show you your vehicle and abide you good by with a photo in front of the building.
