My 2DR HE had a blend date of 7/18 modules popped 7/20 but tracker still saying "in production" chat tells me their "secondary" status shows "built". Dealer vin view showed original delivery date of 8/2 but that has passed and now shows "delayed pending pickup". Dealer is only 4 hours from...
My 2 DR HE had blend date of 7/18 and still shows in production. Vinview showed delivery 8/2 but that didn't happen. Chat shows 7/30-8/5. Chat did say "secondary" status shows built on their side.
I got the same email last night 7/27. Blend date 7/18 modules lit up & tear tag 7/20. Dealer is saying delivery 8/2 and Ford chat says delivery 7/30-8/5.
I believe this is the marketing number: 800-334-4375. Also try 571-831-5434. Tell them you want the dealer to talk to their Ford Regional rep. They wouldn't give me the number to the regional rep nor would the dealer. But my dealer called. Good Luck!

Call 571-831-5434 and tell them you want to speak with your Ford Regional Rep. I was not allowed to contact them directly but this prompted my dealer to call them.
**UPDATE** My dealer called me back today. They've been working with the Regional Ford Rep and he was able to get me $3,600. Don't give up keep working with your dealer to get the money you deserve. BTW, I have no explanation of how this was calculated so can anyone tell me if this is correct?
All the info I read in these links tells me the reservation should be treated the same as an order but that's not what Ford is saying. I have two separate cases in with with Ford and the dealer has sent everything along to the regional rep who said he would "take it from here" so we'll see.
