The whole interior door panel is assembled by an outside vendor before it arrives at the plant. It was likely out of sequence.

Got my Badlands and look at this? Somebody made a boo boo

100% QC is an impossibility, and if you look over a very large demographic you're bound to find some very improbable errors. We are all human, we all make error, what defines us is how we go about dealing with those errors. My guess is if you take it back to the dealer and make note of the mismatched parts they will be more than happy to make it right for you.

You may even find yourself having a laugh with them.
