What's bad is that the door panels come to the assembly plants already in sequential order, and are installed in such a way as the operator cannot see the interior of the opposite door when it is installed (the doors are not on the truck when they build up the doors). There may very well be quite a few before and after that one that are also incorrect.

ETA: further clarification, the passenger and driver doors are usually on a carriers in a way that the exteriors of the doors are facing one another with an assembler only looking at the interior of the door, also the doors for the same truck may not necessarily be right next to its mate as they are on 2 different carriers where one may be slightly ahead or following it's mate down the line.
(I may have confused things further instead of clarifying)
