Made its debut at Super Celebration East and folks gobbled them up real quick
wow! Sounds like it! Sadly I'm tight on funds right now with my daughter getting married in a few weeks (EEK!!!!)....but damn those both look great and I'd love to get in on them....especially before someone steals the idea and starts fabbing it in china for half the cost

I wondered the same thing - maybe this is for people with oversized tires that cause the factory damper to not really work and limit the door from opening too far?
They've not changed the taillights to flat ones?

Great!! Yet another thing I didn't realize I needed until I saw it.... I'll order up when I get back from Moab because I definitely NEED this.
I saw this at Bronco Super Celebration East this past week, and like you didn't realize I "needed" this thing until I saw it demonstrated. :)

I wish I would have had this last Saturday, wind caught my tailgate, the crunch noise of the crushed taillight is indeed cringe worthy!

Nooooooo, so sorry to hear. Wish we could’ve had it released sooner😫 Just out of curiosity, did it damage more than the taillight?

I got lucky, just the side of the light. Looks like I will be getting some flush ones in the future.

For those who have stuff mounted back there.

Mounting supplemental fuel (pax or jerry can) or a small propane tank for camping on that arm will absolutely hit the light.
I even have the Oracle flush-mounts and either my Pax or my propane will hit that light if not careful.
This is a good preventive measure so you don't have to remember to limit it or fall victim to an ill-timed gust of wind or gravity-induced damage situation.
BINGO!! I already have Oracle tails, but had to trim some plastic because of my Jerry Can mounting bracket. I was showing my neighbor the inside of my Bronco yesterday, and he tried swinging the door out. I heard the plastic crunching and quickly grabbed the door before he did damage. This piece will protect my tail lights from other Bronco owners LOL.

5th option? Be very careful until a wind gust catches it and smashes a tail light, then get very upset about a preventable problem.
Recently had this happen with wind gust and was shocked at how far the door moved. No damage that I could tell but made a loud noise when it stopped. Is the tail light damage from the tire or door itself being able to hit? From the sound I was afraid the door aluminum hit a stop and was going to be bent.
