Anyone have a pic of the Velcro that stays on the Bronco when you remove the Jtop? Wondering if it’s an eyesore.
TIA

As much as I like the JTop Bimini and so far seems to be my favorite, that is my reasoning of holding back at the moment. How much of an eyesight Velcro will be without the Bimini on.

The Velcro appearance was my first concern. However, after having my Bronco for a year in which the MIC top spends the summer hanging from the garage rafters, and the shade top is on the vehicle during this time, I realize the Velcro except for rare occurrences will never be seen. Since the MIC can be installed over the shade top, the shade top won’t be removed. I optioned the canvas shade top from Ford at time of order. Best top supplies this top. Their design on the two door has a flaw. The plastic inserts that are placed in the ends of the metal cross brace can’t last. One of mine broke quickly. Best Top has been horrible to deal with as I try to acquire the replacement part. After three months they sent me a part. Of course it was the wrong part, but heh. I am going to spring for the J top since I now realize the Velcro appearance really doesn’t come into play.

I can’t imagine that it is that horrendous to look at when the top is off, worst case you could always wrap the bars black so the Velcro blends in. More than likely you are overthinking it and no one will notice besides yourself and who cares what someone else thinks as long as you are happy, just saying.

This is Mike from Jtops.
I never thought of taking pics of just the Velcro since when the top is on you don’t ever see it.
Even with the top off and the Velcro on you won’t see it with the hard or soft top in position.
I will get some pics this week of a 4 Door Raptor we are working on.
Here is a pic of a 2 door green but remember with the shade on or the top you will not see it.

Great question!

Thank you Mike for posting this install video, very helpful and detailed. Seems like a high quality product. Since the hardtop can go on top of the shade, this will work well for what I personally need. Appreciate how responsive you are to our group's questions!

Thanks! The pics help immensely. I was thinking about what it looks like on days I’d want to have no top at all hard, soft or Bimini.

Glad these helped. Remember the 4 door is one long strip front to back.

I am eagerly awaiting these pics on the Raptor. I’ve been holding out waiting on your bimini option. Thanks, Mike!
