Yes, Built-in September of 2022, I started noticing the noise at 900 miles. I love this truck.
It's being serviced now with 2500 miles. There is a fix for the 5th and 6th gear synchronizers but I think a shortage of parts. I am going on 4 weeks without my Bronco and I truly miss driving it.

Exchanging parts with more of the same is not really a fix.

If mine develops the noise, this is the very reason I will not leave my Bronco at the dealer. To sit in their lot waiting for parts is insane. I'll drive it into the ground until they get the parts for it.

I'm selfishly hoping that everyone, or at least most, will have your same mindset. Because I have a scheduled 7MT build. The more documented cases, the more quickly Ford is likely to take action to permanently resolve it.
Completely valid. I was considering to just keep driving. I will be bringing mine in so Ford is aware of the numbers. Essentially the same as creating this poll. We must know how many are truly effected.

It's fine, there was a lot of pressure to get these built. I waited 15 months for it. Ford will sort it out.
Apparently, it's just a rough weld on those friction plates. When it's cold there tight and rub. In my opinion, I would not wait to get it in and get it documented. Besides they give you a loaner.

I got ahead of the curve and sold my Bronco. Not for this reason entirely, but for a brand new car I'm paying $700 a month for, I don't want it to turn into a second job to take the car to the dealership and try fixes that may or may not work. The window rattle TSB barely resolved the issue. Figured I would cut the losses early.

That being said, I still like the Bronco and think it is a fun vehicle. My new plan is to look for an old Toyota 4x4 truck.

Yes, the 5th and 6th Gear synchros, the truck should be fine once there replaced.

There are multiple instances of the TSB work AND new transmissions not resolving the issue. What new information do you have that replacing the synchros fixes anything?

I guess I will respond once I get my truck back. If it happens again it's documented.
But come on, It's a machine that was rushed through production because all of us thought it was cool and ordered one.
Ford has a service bulletin out on this problem, I trust they will get it fixed.
