Bronco 2.3L Ford Performance Tune - California Availability?

Hey folks -
As the title suggests, I'm looking for thoughts on when we expect the tune to be made available in CA. I understand that it is still needing CARB approval - but it seems like it's taking an inordinate amount of time and that the '21 tune was approved much quicker than this. Anyone have any reliable info here?

What a weird state. (Not political, just an observation)
It already has a disclaimer to the effect “for off-road use only” isn’t that enough? None of us are technically supposed to be running the tune on the road. Who’s actually going to check?

Order it as a ’21 or whatever the work around is and install it yourself. Takes 20 minutes.

Hopefully they get the 2022 approval soon. I don’t see why they wouldn’t… It’s pretty much the same vehicle when it comes to emissions

We're still awaiting CARB approval for the 22-23 broncos. It's in process but takes quite a bit of time as CARB is a totally different organization than what the other 49 states get approval from. As soon as we have info of approval we'll be sure to make everyone aware.

They (California Air Resouce Board) claim they can determine if there is a performance tune on the vehicle when you smog it. Here in California there is a grace period for no smog for 7 years on brand new vehicle, unless it is sold.

I've heard the "return to stock" option works as well come smog time provided your computer has done full drive cycles.
