Posting this thread to be helpful for any warranty issues. I work at a ford dealer in north east Ohio, drive a bronco myself and have access to all TSB (technical service bulletins), Recalls, and portal messages. As well as the issues I see on the daily! feel free to conversate.
Hi!! I did a 5 tire rotation on a stock Wildtrack 6k miles now and ever since then it rides differently.

It’s not as smooth. Have you ever heard of that?

Dealers near me are of zero help and honestly they seem incompetent to balance tires or even check. Never mind bringing up steering wheel is slight off center they refuse to even look at unless I schedule an alignment on my dime.

These dealers here are AWFUL!

My first and last Ford I’ll ever buy simply because of the dealer system.

I have the window rattle issue with my driver-side window when rolled down a few inches and going over bumps. I go it bad too. LOL.

I know there is a TSB or SSM about this and I have seen it and followed the procedure. However, when I saw it, it only referenced adjusting the bottom bolts all the way outboard. Now I am seeing some posts that reference adjusting the side adjustment bolts all the way in-board also???? Any chance you can post the latest/most complete version of this service bulletin? I have been chasing this issue since I got the truck in July and anything I do to it seems to make it worse.
Same window noise here.

Are there any TSBs for the lack of air coming from the feet area? I know this has been covered in many threads without resolve. When feet is selected it blows like a hairdryer out of the A pillar and trickles under the dash.

SSM 50711 2021-2022 Bronco - Window Rattle When Driving Over Bumps
Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a window rattle when driving over bumps with the windows placed in the partially down position. This may be due to incorrect window glass adjustment from the factory. To correct this condition, perform the Front/Rear Door Window Glass Adjustment procedure located in the Workshop Manual, Section 501-11 > Front doors > Steps 18-26, Rear Doors > Steps 21-25. It is not necessary to remove the door panel to perform this adjustment. During adjustment, set the window regulator nuts to their most outboard position (this will move the top of the window inboard), then reevaluate the noise. Be sure to place the window in the fully down position during adjustment.
Thank you, I need to take mine in for many concerns…. The window noise, cracked airbag cover, CarPlay update, CarPlay intermittently does not connect, 7MT noise when cold, hard top wind noise and the trunk floor storage pull tab came apart when trying to open. I absolutely love my bronco…. None of these are huge issues and I just don’t want to be without it.

It's the most bizarre thing. So little air it's a little tough to feel unless you set the temperature to one extreme or the other.

Have you tried replacing the wipers? Maybe yours are degraded already and have become sticky.
Do you really believe that a wiper blade can become so sticky as to completely stop a wiper motor on a brand new vehicle. I’d have to believe that the blade would need to be tar to overheat a wiper motor….and on multiple broncos. Been driving 30 years, have never even heard of a wiper motor overheating because of “sticky” blades. And FYI, when wiper blades are old, they degrade and get brittle, not sticky.

Is there a TSB for Hill Start Assist. Mine sometimes gets stuck on and my Bronco does a nose dive before letting go and lurching forward. Ive been stuck at a stoplight and often in my driveway and have to push it hard to get it to release. Sometimes feels like it's going to slide the front tires.

Good afternoon. Would you send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this window rattle concern on my end? Thanks!
Well if it isn't our favorite thread jacker...

Hey @Ford Motor Company, there are several other mega-threads awaiting your input, especially the one YOU started about never missing an OTA update.

Hope you are having a fine Ford Motor Company day.

Well, it told me that my subscription was not active when I asked Siri with girlfriend's phone running Car Play on my Bronco... But when I asked Alexa a question, she answered.

My tailgate has been making a loud metal clicking sound from the weight of my Sasquatch spare tire flexing the aluminum when going over small bumps, big bumps, flat ground---no matter what, Im clicking wherever I go. I want to enjoy driving this vehicle, but it is often difficult when the noise can be heard over my music on loud. My setup is completely stock by the way. When I remove the spare tire, the clicking is pretty much gone. I recently took off the spare tire mount only to find a dent in the actual tailgate. My dealer ordered me a new tailgate but I am worried that this new one will have the same issue if there have been no improvements on the rigidity of the tailgate. This issue is not exclusive to me as there are multiple threads on this site with people experiencing the same exact issue with no clear solution or response from Ford. People have tried tailgate reinforcement brackets but users report that the tailgate still flexes/clicks. Is Ford aware of the tailgate noise and strength issues? Have they made any design improvements for replacements? Curious as to what I can expect with this new tailgate and if Ford is even aware that many dealers have piles of cracked and/or weak tailgates to replace (as told by my dealer). Thanks for any and all info!

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN
5 Door - Hard Top Roof - Squeak And/Or Chirp From Rear Of Vehicle
22-2097
16 March 2022
Model:
Ford
2021-2022 Bronco
5 door
Hard top roof

Issue: Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles equipped with 5 doors and a hard top roof may experience a squeak and/or chirp noise from the rear of the vehicle while driving over bumps with the roof installed. This may be due to an insufficient gap between the hard top and the body rear quarter panel. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to adjust this gap to the correct specifications.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:

Mine does this. Sounds like you have a case of Dasani water wrapped in plastic and ripped a hole in the top, removed one bottle, and now are forced to listen to the god awful squeaking CONSTANTLY. My dealer has looked it it twice, without success and was even told they couldn't do anything to fix the issue. The last time, I informed him it was absolutely driving me crazy and to please, revisit the issue. When I picked it up from yet another recall service, I was informed that the tech said he'd need it for a few days in order to diagnose.

Regarding the 7MT scraping/grinding noise when cold TSB. Are the syncros only causing noise? Or are the syncros going to cause further issues if not taken care of? Thanks for the Q&A.
