My car play is intermittent. Sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I have to select my phone as an input and it never connects. Every once in awhile the entire display goes black. Anyone else having this issue?

Last April I had the driver side CV replaced. Yes I put on larger tires and had it leveled. Dealership replaced the front CV at my expense. The last couple weeks, I’ve noticed a “whirring” noise from the same area, there is also some “play” in the axle as well (no clicks). I saw there was a TSB about some bad axles. Could I have gotten one?

What sort of ritual sacrifice to I have to perform in order to get part M2DZ-7823201-A for my vehicle that's been in sitting in warranty purgatory for three weeks? I am willing to do just about anything.

Thanks for the info. But it's supposed to update over the air for free. And if it doesn't (implying that something isn't working properly), it will then cost $170. Seems to me it should be covered as a warranty issue.

To be clear, I'm not criticizing you @FORD EMPLOYED 22OBX . I genuinely appreciate your willingness to come on here and answer questions. But this doesn't make sense.
I didn't realize it wasn't updating properly until after 36k miles because I was lied to by the OTA team. They claimed that I was running the latest available software.

I figured out that they were lying to me after collecting enough data from other owners. At that point unless I wanted to pay my dealer $200 to have it serviced under the extended warranty plan, I was shit out of luck.

Do you know if Ford is considering taking action beyond TSB 22-2371 for the manual transmission grinding noise? Sounds like some folks were getting repeat issues after that work was performed. Can link you to the relevant threads if you're not already tuned in. Thank ya!

Posting this thread to be helpful for any warranty issues. I work at a ford dealer in north east Ohio, drive a bronco myself and have access to all TSB (technical service bulletins), Recalls, and portal messages. As well as the issues I see on the daily! feel free to conversate.
If a tab from the rear quarter window of a soft-top breaks under normal use, would that be covered under warranty?

Joking right? Just in case I’ve forgotten how to use windshield wipers in the last 50 years. No, In heavy rain, wipers set to normal or high speed, not intermittent, the wipers gradually slow to a stop. Kinda hard to be operator error. Multiple posts on this.
Have you tried replacing the wipers? Maybe yours are degraded already and have become sticky.

The gauge cluster on my 22 Badlands has stopped working. Not the entire dash, just the gauge cluster that includes fuel level and goat modes. I have heard there may be a service bulletin about a loose connector. Any info in that regard?

I have the window rattle issue with my driver-side window when rolled down a few inches and going over bumps. I go it bad too. LOL.

I know there is a TSB or SSM about this and I have seen it and followed the procedure. However, when I saw it, it only referenced adjusting the bottom bolts all the way outboard. Now I am seeing some posts that reference adjusting the side adjustment bolts all the way in-board also???? Any chance you can post the latest/most complete version of this service bulletin? I have been chasing this issue since I got the truck in July and anything I do to it seems to make it worse.
