FWIW: I received a check today from my dealer for $2500 price protection on a 2022 Badlands. Ordered 10/13/2021. Needless to say, I was quite happy that it was that much. My salesman and myself were both thinking tops around $1700 or so. I'll take the extra 800!

Good for you. I'm still waiting on $2000. My dealer has been fighting for me but the zone manager hasn't been much help or doesn't seem to know too much. I was a July 2020 reservation holder, took delivery 3 months ago. Still waiting.

Bought my 2023 Bronco and they can not locate the certificate number. Today I got an email from my salesman says it was not eligible because my vin was approved before the effective date.

On your window sticker in the bottom right(ish) corner there is a box that says “Special Order” with a bunch of numbers/letters under it. The last 6-digits are your invoice date. What is your date?

Dealer said that even after delivery they would cut me a check for the rebate amount. As long as I was able to get them a certificate number.
If you would be able to get someone to look at the dealer portal next week that would be much appreciated.

For those of us who only have MY22 price protection/cert showing on their MY23 order, I've been informed it will be changed to 1 cert to cover both offers. Marketing said I should get a call today regarding my "supervisor escalation" which was assigned a case number CAS-XXXXXXXX. Will follow up with their response.

Glad they are taking care of you but this should of been a no brainer and done a while ago. What should of made PP simple for '23 looks to be a complete shit show so far. Not surprised. The dealer has no incentive to help because if you walk he gets to admin your long awaited order. No punishment for name match so nothing for them to lose.

Looks like bad news for me, since the Marketing Supervisor says I didn’t order before 3-19-21 I’m only eligible for the $975/21-22 protection, not the 23….followed by it’s up to the dealer BS. The dealer won’t budge. I’m sitting in MAP and thinking I’ll have to suck up the extra $2350 or bail. Either case, I am not too happy about it. I really hope Ford gets it together as it’s their info published on their website that contradicts what I’m being told. Fugh!

The main problem is the certificate is very vague, and says "See dealer for complete information"... The dealer has no clue, no incentive to help us, and every incentive to not help.

I thought so, I should fall under option B. But the salesman said he thinks it applies to order date, not reservation date. I'll have to call Ford tomorrow and attempt to get a certificate.

Sorry, that sucks. Did you place your reservation before March 19, 2021?

I placed my reservation on October 3, 2020, so from the document (reservation or order) I should qualify for Group A. (That’s the way the Ford FAQs and your document appears to me…. Who knows) I am beyond frustrated about this entire process.
