No. I have not taken delivery. And while speaking to Marketing yesterday, she said DO NOT until the straighten it out and to be sure it is taken care of prior to the 31st.
@Angeleb
Did they say why it should be taken care of prior to the 31st?
Mine shipped 12/8, but has been sitting at the starting railyard and now won't get delivered until after the new year.

No. I have heard that some of the certificates have an expiration date of 12/31 on them, but most think they will roll over.
I don't think it should be an issue if yours is not going to be delivered until after the New Year, but if it has been shipped, I would make sure that the dealership can view your offer through Smart Vincent now.

I have a 2023 wildtrak that was ordered in 2/22. Added HOSS3.0 by the deadline in March. It got re-orderd 9/9/22 as a 2023 and is built as of 12/21/22. It should be ready for delivery by 1/14-1/20/23 as per Ford hotline.
I have mentioned the private offer to my dealer back in September and the sales person in emails stated that they were in agreement of the price protection and even the amount.

Well, the rubber is meeting the road now and we are talking about it once again. I am being told that I should have received an email or post card from Ford about this offer, which I never did.

I called Ford yesterday and they see no Private Offer in Smart Vincent under my order.

Were postcards mailed out to people about this? If so who initiated the information to Ford? I am assuming it would be the dealer. I'd like to get the private offer amount but will not be walking away from the purchase as I want the Bronco either way. It's just leaving a bitter taste in my mouth with the thought that the dealer will not do the right thing, which I am still hoping they will when I go to pick her up.

Thank you in advance for any thoughts and Happy Holidays.

I have not heard of anyone receiving a postcard.

FWIW: I received a check today from my dealer for $2500 price protection on a 2022 Badlands. Ordered 10/13/2021. Needless to say, I was quite happy that it was that much. My salesman and myself were both thinking tops around $1700 or so. I'll take the extra 800!

NEED HELP, BRONCO INBOUND!

need help with the price protection, hoping someone may have cracked the code on how to get the dealer to see all the price protection for my order:

Reservation: 10/03/2020 Badlands 4-Door
Order Converted: 10/03/2022 ** 2023 Wildtrack 4-Door

(Should be Group A price protection)

Bronco is inbound to the dealership later today. When I converted the reservation to an order I verified with the Ford Marketing Customer Support that I would qualify for the price protection of $825 and $2575. I was given a certificate number and gave that # to the dealership.

Today: After several calls with both the dealership and customer support, the dealer can only see the $825. And now the customer support is telling me that the dealer needs to update my certificate to Program ID# 38644 for me to qualify for "Group A" price protection.

Obliviously, I (as many of you) am beyond frustrated with this whole thing. I am hoping that someone has cracked the code on getting the dealership to see all the price protection.

That 825 was for a '22 model.
And is not relevant to your '23 Bronco.
I wish I could tell you how to get them to update to the new program#. Two weeks later, still waiting for my dealer to hear back from their Reps on how and what to do...

Thanks, sure was hoping for better news. Looks like I am screwed here with the end of the year in a few days and not sure how long my dealer will hold the Bronco while this is sorted out. Not sure if I am willing to take a $3000 price increase....

I’m having the same issue. Multiple calls to marketing who continues to say the same/that the dealer needs to update my certificate to Program ID# 38644 for me to qualify for MY23 price protection.

I escalated with marketing yesterday 12/27 and they’re to follow up within 2 days. Marketing did say only the dealer can request the order be transitioned or converted to MY23 as that database is being run by a 3rd party? I was given a case number and told not to take delivery before it's resolved (despite the dealer telling me they'll offer it for public sale if I dont take delivery within 7 days)

Yes the $825 is MY22 protection under 38406 and I'm told they will accept 2 certs IF the dealer converts the order to a MY23 (which is what's ordered and built, just like yours - BUT I dont belive they'll accept 2 certs?)

Sorry I havent cracked the code yet but I will report back once they respond/ASAP/as Im also mulling over the price difference...

My dealer has no idea how to update my certificate to Program ID#38644, but they are going to keep trying. If my dealer or I crack the code I will post an update as well. Sorry we are both experiencing this issue. Hopefully Ford will make the correction soon.

I’m told they’d need to use Certificate Inquiry in SmartVINCENT or ask their regional rep…which I’m not sure my dealers done either. Hope it gets resolved for you.

Yeah Smart Vincent is where the certificates are stored.

And for those of you that are for some reason missing the Smart Vincent certificate, your dealer will have to reach out to their Inventory Specialist (formally known as Zone Managers) at Ford to get it tracked down with the C&I team.

And none of that will happen this week—Ford corporate is effectively shut down this week, and I suspect there will still be a bunch of employees off next week as well.

---

EDIT: C&I Team = Contests and Incentives Team.... I think. Don't quote me on that though... I've only known them as the C&I / CNI team.

Just called my dealer to see if the price guarantee is there of my 22 rolled over to the 23 year. I already have a vin number. I showed him this chart, his reply was that Ford is to email you a letter of the price guarantee. I called Ford and they said that no we have no record of this being a reorder and that your dealer was to inform us that it is a re order.
I am like what are you guys retarded we submitted my old order sheet with the new sheet with the same exact options. Ford said that its up to the dealer to fix this.

So I emailed my dealer and the Ford case number and am waiting to hear what they have to say. 3k is a lot of money in my book. I can't wait for the days to deal with Ford directly no more dealerships.

Bought my 2023 Bronco and they can not locate the certificate number. Today I got an email from my salesman says it was not eligible because my vin was approved before the effective date.
