It’s a Badlands I added that sticker. Front and rear were engaged yes.

The Raptor R on KO2’s pulled me out like it was nothing so I’ll be switching to those
I'm guessing you have an issue with your rear locker then, unless you gave up on it very quickly as to not bury it. But your photo shows, no mud splatter at all, at the rear wheel, while spinning in reverse.

These are honestly the worst tires I have ever driven on. I'm suprised BFG didn't get the contract since them and ford have a good relationship, especially when you consider for already uses tons of 35" ko2s on raptors.
The rumor I heard was bfg couldn’t make enough to keep up with demand. Goodyear could. But that is just what I heard so take it for what is worth….and I agree the Goodyears are ass.

All terrain tires are not really good in any type of terrain other than asphalt and light rain. If you want to kick ass in the mud, try some Mud Terrain tires with thicker knobs.

Rear locker works 100% fine. Reverse didn’t even need to be tried it just spun in idle so I decided not to crater myself

If you never even tried reverse, stuck in 1/2 inch of mud, and had to be pulled out, it's operator error.
Ah okay. I’m new to this stuff and didn’t know any better. As soon as I put it in reverse and let off the brake the tires just started spinning and I didn’t want to make the situation worse. My friend from FP told me I did the right thing as these tires aren’t gonna do anything.

If you're not trolling us then I recommend you go to an Off-Roadeo and learn about what these things can really do. After going to the Off-Roadeo there's not a lot of terrain that would scare me.

Yeah that’s a good idea. That’s what my friend is the instructor for so I trusted his advice initially. I’ll see if the team can get me through one it does sound like a lot of fun.

It's a complete blast, the facilities are top notch and the instructors are excellent.

Aren't these the exact same tires on a Wrangler with the embossed Wrangler name buffed off?

Continental makes a superior, in my view, all around tire for the money and for mid size SUVs and trucks.

But I am happy with my factory Bridgestones and on highway wear rate looks like I can get 50,000 miles. Just rotated at 25k and tread depth is still great for these 32s.

Maybe. The way mud tires clean themselves is by spinning at high RPM and flinging the mud clods off the large voids in the tire treads, letting them dig down and grab more. Think full send.

There's a good chance you might have gotten out that way, but there are mud slicks, particularly with high clay content, that won't let go no matter what speed, so there are no guarantees.

I wasn't there, so I can't judge whether your actions were right or wrong, but you got out with no damage, no waiting, and you weren't alone when wheeling, so as far as I'm concerned you did fine. Keep wheeling with friends in all different kinds of places and you'll learn more as you go.

Appreciate the kind words friend. Yes I did give her the beans in Drive and it just started digging in place so I decided not to press my luck. I will say the 2.7 sounds awesome for what it is.

Equally happy at 15k miles. Smooth and quiet for what I need.
