Well, I finally decided to take the cv axle all the way out because it was sounding pretty bad inside the boot closest to the inner cv. Low and behold I have 8 - 10 marble size balls loosely laying around inside. They look like they fit back into the assembly with a bunch of holes around the sides? Am I able to reassemble this thing or is a new cv axle in my future?

I can see how that would happen on some high speed stuff. ALL my off roading is 4low and crawling. Ill keep an eye out and see if I make contact anywhere.
This isn't icon-specific, but worst contact for low speed is the probably the main body with wheels at full lock (photo with liner removed). For wheels straight there is more clearance, but it might contact the fender seam on a hard landing. But it is hard to compress the spring and pancake the rubber bump stop that far.

Happy to report that the sway bar fix was a success! I’ve got a mile of clearance now between my sway bar link and coil. At full lock, plenty of clearance between the tie rod and coil. I’m a happy camper. Shoutout to @Dusty at ICON, @Defyfate11, and @rtaylor for all the help! Scott at ICON was very helpful too and was there every step of the way. My faith in ICON and their offerings has been restored and I am one happy customer now. I’ve got a wheeling trip planned for Labor Day and will be testing everything out for the first time.
I’ll post some pictures tomorrow of everything once there is better lighting outside.

You know I was super frustrated with the whole situation, but honestly icon is really trying to step up. Kudos to them standing behind their product.

So what about your loose balls?
Secured my loose balls and greased them up really good. Put everything back together earlier tonight and the Bronco drove fine for the few minutes I was on the road. I cycled through 2H, 4L and 4H with no issues. There was an inner c-clip that was a huge PITA to get back into the canister that held the balls in place once everything was lined up. I hope I never have to do any of that again, but it was a great learning experience. Hopefully, my balls stay nice and secure moving forward.

Here are some photos of the new lower assembly and sway bar bracket installed that ICON sent me over the last few days. As mentioned before, clearance exists between tie rod and sway bar now at full droop and full lock both ways.

Thanks for the pictures its very much appreciated. So ICON did move the Stabilizer bar back a bit to get that extra clearance? It's a bit hard to tell but I do believe I see that they did.

Correct. I’d say the sway bar moved back about an inch and dropped about 3/4 of an inch. ICON provided the plate and all the new hardware. Mounted up perfectly.

Well I contacted RPG and let them the predictament I found myself in with front coilover contact with their full tie rod kit. They said I could easily shave off some of the tierod body due to it's overkill design. So with about 5mins of grinding my RPG tierods no longer make contact at full droop. You'll see the second picture is with no shave and then the rest of the pictures is with the shave.

Not such a frequent poster here, but I have the CDCV coilover kit with billet UCAs and rear links coming in next week. I will report back after install what my findings are of course. I did contact Icon yesterday and asked if there was any other part or solution I needed and they said not at this time so I am wondering what they have sent some of you in regards to this issue. Currently have RPG full tie rods but planning on going back to stock with maybe the JKS brace if it will fit.

If you already have the RPG tie rods why would not use them? So much better than stock and as long as you have beefed up your steering rack, should be a trouble-free setup.

Because of the clearance issues that some have experienced.
