B Miller can verify, but I would think type A would cover most of your interior, as well as brush or anything else that catches fire outside the vehicle...
This is correct. The "A" in ABC covers common combustible materials, such as wood, paper, or most plastics.

We carry a 20 pound ABC dry chemical in the fire engine. On a car fire, we start with water and foam. If it's a stubborn fire we use the dry chemical.

We don't start with the dry chemical because after it's used, we have to send it out to be re charged. Most of the time water and foam does the trick.

Went with a cheap mount on amazon…holes didn’t line up perfectly so I used a hose clamp wrapped with electric tape and also lined the roll bar with Velcro for the bottom …pretty solid.
You can use existing bolt for the top hole (the one that secures your MIC-same thread pattern).

Bought the one for a Ranger, they didn’t have a Bronco specific one at that time.

I have an Element Extinguisher on the molle driver's seat panel. Was looking at regular units but just felt these were better and easier to mount and based on what I've seen they seem to work the same if not better so... that's what I went with.
Bought one of these for each vehicle as well. Thanks for posting the way you mounted it. I've been looking for a convenient yet out of the way spot for this.

You made that yourself? Are you able to move the seat easily? Mine is mounted down low but I have to be careful not to push the seat all the way forward. (My seat is all the way back here, handle isn't in the way in driving position)

I've been known to do a little fabricating from time to time. I have to pull the extinguisher to slide the seat, but I've never had to do that once I got it set where I wanted.

Better said: The fire extinguisher stops others from screwing with your seat. (y)

We were looking at making a mount for these threaded holes. We stopped when we noticed our Badlands didn’t have those provisions but our wildtrak did.
My '21 Badlands has the bar holes!

Ahh poo. That would be no slice for us then. Love it though! If I were single it would be perfect!
