Black Diamond 2dr. Anyone get one built recently?

I have a VB 2dr Black Diamond,2.7,mid package non sas on order. No VIN, no communication. Been watching my local dealers (Vancouver/Portland Oregon area)as quite a few Bronco’s have been showing up. (Happy for those of you who are finally getting yours).
What I have seen is 98% of what is showing up are 57K and up WT’s, and BL’s.
90% have MIC, High or Lux and tow. Where are the BD’s and BB’s? Only 2 Base models. Seems like Ford is prioritizing high dollar build’s not by order date or allocation.
Just what I have seen.

I picked mine up July 1st. 2.3 auto mid tow... 23 1/2 month wait.

Interesting observations. Seems they ran through a bunch of BB builds and now, maybe, focusing on upper trims. I was pulled and got a VIN back in April but nothing but bumped build weeks since. I’ve seen BDs get built but not many. I’m waiting on a 2DR non-SAS as well.
My dealer can’t figure it out either.

nah. my 4/25 build week was all bd and bl, and 50% was bd and under, and only 30% had sas. also 48% were mid or below.

go look at the build week sheets. i think its really what was ordered and availability that build week.

I have a 2Dr BL that entered production today - they’ve been getting built in batches by trim. For a loooooooong time I was only seeing posts of 2Dr BDs and then only 2Dr Base trims. Now we’re getting to the BLs it seems

I have a 2 door BD, 2.7, Mid, Tow, non sas. Build week was 5/30. Actual build date was first week of June and I received it in late June. When I was following the 5/30 build week thread, it felt like there were a number of Black Diamonds being built. I wasn't keeping track of the models/trims. It may have felt like that because mine was being built and I was noticing other BD posts. I had a reservation date of 7/20/20. Hang in there. I know its been a long wait. I kept checking the backdoor link for a build date and was in disbelief when it finally posted my build date. Good Luck!

Nothing scientific, but I have always felt through observation that Broncos came in bunches via models. At the beginning it seemed they were all Big Bends. Recently, it seems like WT were the ones being delivered. BL like I have seem to be scattered throughout. I have no idea why Base models haven’t routinely been coming off the line to fill those orders.

Mine was built in January and stuck on Ice Mountain forever. It's currently sitting at the railyard ten miles away from my home, it's been there for two weeks now. 4dr Black Diamond, manual, only option was wireless keypad.

Today is the blend date for my 2dr BD. 2.7L Sasquatch with tow. Eruption Green. Got my VIN back in April

Picked mine up July 29th, 2 yrs 12 days. BD, 2-dr, 2.3L, Manual, MIC, Mod Bumper, Block Heater.

In in NC/SC and only seen one or two bases, but a little bit of everything else. I'm in the 8/29 build week and out of 40 who've posted so far, 29 of those are OBX and above. Only 4 of the 40 are BD's. Granted, that's only those who posted their.
