August 2021 Bronco Reservation here... I know it isn't as long as some people have been waiting, but they have basically said expect 2023 at this point.

I ordered a 4 dr outerbanks Hard Top with the Lux package and tow package.


Any guesses for when delivery should be expected? TBH, I shifted towards looking at the new Tundra's and have a reservation in for them, but I am once again thinking about the bronco again. I wish Ford would do a better job communicating timelines... how frustrating.

It really depends on your dealer and their allocations. I dont think anyone can give you a good answer. I'm oct 2020 and I have no clue when mine will come.

same story. I ordered a badlands, sas high package, 2.7 in April 2021. Dealer won’t tell me anything, take weeks to respond to emails, always act annoyed. I even tried to drop sas two weeks ago and they won’t even respond to update the order. It’s one of the highest volume dealers in Texas. Garbage service. I can be reasonable but some communication would be nice.

Didn't know that the Tundra's had a reservation system now. I'm know kicking myself for not getting one pre-pandemic, now that they went turbo.

I nearly lost all hope for a '22 and stopped checking the forum. Randomly checked the back door link yesterday and am "scheduled" for build week of 8/29. There's still random hope for everyone!

I would ask you how much do you really want it. The Tundra is a completely different class of vehicle than the Bronco. It all depends on your needs/wants.

If I was pushed to MY-23, I would look at it as an opportunity for Ford to bake more of the bugs & glitches out of the Bronco while adding an extra option or two. I am also not relying on the Bronco as my main source of transportation so everyone's situation is different . Hopefully there will be some kind of price protection for the MY-23 pushes.

For me, after over 2 years, the light at the end of the tunnel is shinny bright & for once it's not the train coming the other way at me. Mines being prepped by the dealer now & I'm just waiting for the call to come get it.

2. Get ready for two or three emails congratulating you on your Bronco purchase. (To get you pumped)
3. DISREGARD EVERY DATE GIVEN!!!
4. Don't sell your current ride until you're behind the wheel of your Bronco .
5. Protect your privates!!!! You WILL be kicked there often throughout the process.

you know it may be worth getting the Tundra. I know they’re planning to ramp up semiconductor manufacturing but I would’ve lost my mind it wasn’t kept updated.

Worked for me. It’s not about ‘jamming up the system’, it’s about what dealer has allocations.

Ordering multiple units and only intending to buy one does jam up the system and prevents another person from getting their ride. It’s about as despicable as dealers charging high ADM. I reserved and ordered exactly what I wanted to buy, one unit. I didn’t go running around placing orders with the intention to take what arrived first. Doing that does jam up the system and it does fuck someone out of getting there truck but hey you got yours so fuck everyone else. Congrats

I had a day 5 reservation. I also placed an order right before Thanksgiving 2021. Got a build date on the Thanksgiving 2021 Bronco 18 days later. Got a build date on my reservation a week after the 2021 Order. Got my reservation Bronco first. The Thanksgiving 2021 Bronco came about 2 months later and I canceled the order and I had found someone on Facebook that wanted to buy it. 2 Broncos built and 2 happy owners.

I don’t blame people for doing that at all, Ford is the one that created this game. All of us who buy from small local dealers that we trust and have built decades long relationships with got completely fisted by @Ford Motor Company with this dealer allocation nonsense.

My wife has day one reservation, she placed a base sas 4 door order in 21 but did not use her reservation, we saved it. That got pushed to 22 and is looking like 23.

We did use day one reservation to get a golden ticket. We ordered a raptor, guess what...even with day one res absolutely nothing, no build date at all. I bet it gets pushed to 23. But plenty of big dealers will get their Raptor allocation before us and others.
