That Rapid Red is looking pretty darn sharp!!! I was by a dealership this morning and saw that color on a Mustang. The color is crazy rich and is on my list of 3 color choices now. Thank you for all the photos and vid's!

Please keep in mind, the rear side window on the 2 door appears to be significantly larger then the rear side window on the 4 door. Because of the larger size, I am hoping Ford has developed a different method of removal. I have no evidence of that at this time. I am curious concerning the "notched" feature between the roof panel and the rear side panel located above the rear speaker in the picture below. Not sure what that is! Hope we learn more and are pleasantly surprised.

in this configuration, if you remove the top and are unable to remove the side windows or the back flip up window you create an aerodynamic barrier that will adversely affect MPG on the highway .... it will be like driving with a parachute in the back :(

Maybe everyone knew this but me, but I think this confirms the 2-Door "Modular" hardtop does NOT allow for the rear side windows to be removed, but has a big rear Moonroof that can be removed. I wish the side windows came out...

I am not sure we have enough information from Ford to understand the modular nature of the hard top on the 2 door. I agree this pic above does not show the removable side windows, however I would need to see additional pictures before I conclude the window can not be removed. I am hoping the entire side panel, including the window is removable. I have no evidence that is possible, but will be looking closely for any confirmation of that hope!
Good catch, it looks like that’s the case. The latch we saw on the 4 door would be visible from this angle. I highly doubt Ford would develop 2 different methods of removing rear windows too (but I’ve been surprised before...).

If the 2 door can’t have the rear windows removed, personally I don’t see any point in paying for the modular hardtop on a 2 door. I don’t care about the moonroof, but being able to remove the rear windows would’ve been nice for backseat passengers.
OK, You guys are confusing the hell out of me now. Where did anyone see that the 2 Door has an available modular top? It's quite possible that I have missed it somewhere. But the only thing I've seen was a 4 Door available modular top (with the removable windows). I don't particularly care if I can pop them out or not, but am curious to where this was seen. Thanks.

So how certain are we that the interiors are still going to change? Cause I swear if they change the dash to where it no longer resembles the original, I'll lose it.

Thanks for the pics and video. Can you explain what we are seeing the one picture with a lever toggle? It looks like it is a wheel well. Perhaps, that is the way to remove the fender flares?
Yes, that is how you remove the flares.

There is another random one that shows the rock rail mount to the body, not the frame.

It is the HD bumper. There is plastic on the top, but the rest is steel.
Nice, I wondered about that after seeing the photos last week. So the HD and plastic bumpers look the same then? Thanks for the pictures and info!
