Ford Bronco Window seam noise 4E793983-8253-47DA-895E-B9BE214F267A
Anyone else have a lot of air coming in between the door seal and rear drivers side window? When I am on the interstate it’s pretty noisy and you can feel a significant amount of air coming in.
it’s almost like the seal needs to be a 1/16” further out to keep a tight seal.

Sure you are not hearing air between the rear side windows and roof? I have not yet found easy way to re-velcro this tight

I can definitely feel the air coming in between the door seal and the window. To your point though I acknowledge that there is some noise coming from the side windows and the roof. The majority of it is coming from the door seal

From your picture it looks as if the top of the window is out from where it it fits top seal as on front.
Window should be slightly down when open and once closed raises into sealed position

There is a whole procedure for recalibration of windows , if years going up too high this could be issue.

My driver window is having a similar issue. It no longer opens slightly and then closes when closed. Anyway to fix?

Same thing happened to my passenger window after removing and reinstalling the doors.
(I noticed it in the car wash as soapy water filled the cabin!)
Easy fix, roll the window down and hold the button for 5 seconds, then roll it up and hold it for 5 seconds…

I tried that and it didn’t work. What I had to do was unplug the battery and then do the 5 second thing.

So this is what ford is concerned about.
LMAO
To be fair, Ford followed up with me in direct messages and a follow up phone call as well. They are facilitating the repair as needed. I know people are bent out of shape on the delayed delivery and I get that but Ford is doing what they can where they can on repair and quality

I have mine and I have an issue but when I called them they told me to talk to the dealer. Then the dealer told me to talk to ford. So eff it.
