Looks like Ford increased the price again! What does that means to folks who already placed the order?

Base: $30,800/$34,700
Big Bend: $35,285/$37,380
Black Diamond: $37,950/$40,045
Outer Banks: $40,855/42,950
Badlands: $44,495/$46,590
Wildtrack: $49,780/$51,225

Updated with latest bulletin on price protection, posted by @notbuildingrockets

A bulletin was just emailed last night to employees:

To summarize price protection:

This program will run from Dec 16, 2021 - Dec 31, 2023.

Important to note are the dates listed and the fact that 100% of the price protection must be passed on to the customer, so ensure that your dealer is doing that. Ask your sales person and then ask their sales manager. Don't leave money on the table. We've already waited long enough and some of us have had mark-ups and other games played. Get every penny you can for the shit show that has been this ordering process!
It appears they did this within their system a month or so ago for new orders. My 1/8 order reflects the new price.

My 2 door BB build went up $1500. I'm in a weird area where I have a VIN (and no build date on the tracker, but I called my dealer yesterday and learned it was week of 4/4) but still no sticker available online. I'm gonna be pissed if this wipes out basically half of my A-Plan savings.
This is where I’m at with it too.
...It was on the 2021 model..I used the Z plan on mine..
That’s what I have, Z plan. But to be fair I haven’t discussed it with my dealer directly. Not that they don’t know I have it, we’ve bought cars from them before with it and they’re friends of ours. But this is a different time and they haven’t offered it on some “hot” vehicles in the past. Considering the only way to get a Bronco is by reservation I don’t know if they’ll consider this ineligible by their standards.

You just put in an order and you have a VIN already? Where did you order from? That dealer must have magic.
Not far off I guess. I ordered a mid package Badlands at the suggestion of the dealer DEC 4,2021. I decided against not ordering what I wanted so I called dealer to add Squatch and lux package about a week and a half ago and this of course changed our original purchase agreement so I went to the dealership this weekend to get a new one and they gave me an updated copy which showed changes. I also found out I had received a VIN in that time and a production date 4/4/22. Surprised ....very surprised

You may want to call your dealer and see how tight cheeked they get when you want confirmation that’ll be the price you pay before taxes.
Im thinking about waiting till the end and then raising hell..

If your original order was totally canceled and then resubmitted (ie: a new 22MY order), you might be screwed. My understanding is that this only applies to 21MY orders that would not be built and then converted to a 22MY.

You can find this out by talking to your sales person or their manager. If you were given a new order number, it's probably a new order, and is likely ineligible.
From my understanding, the Smart Vincent price protection certificate is attached to the order holder's name/address. The order that qualifies for the price protection isn't necessarily the order the price protection certificate is applied to. The only restrictions that I know is that the certificate being applied is on a MY'22 Bronco and in the order holder's name/address. So in theory, an early reservation holder can have an order that qualifies, but they have chosen to '99 to wait for the modular top and in the mean time take delivery of a MY'22 Bronco that is independent of the qualifying order and apply the price protection certificate on that Bronco while they continue to wait for the modular top.

Nope. Never canceled. It was code 99.

Reserved in June 2021. Ordered on 10/20/21. Been in production since 1/10/22. I have a purchase agreement and I am sure hoping this price increase won’t affect me. Anyone know anything to that regard?

Just for frame of reference...what were the prices previously?

I want a Bronco very badly, so I'll eat a couple of grand for it. But I won't be happy about it. Just got my confirmation email from Ford today for my second order and the Big Bend price says $37775. Does that sound like it's reflecting the new increase?

I am in a similar boat, I have a VIN and purchase agreement. I called Ford this morning on the Bronco hotline and she said she is getting a lot of calls regarding this topic. She told me if I had a purchase agreement then the dealer should honor it. Should.... If you ask your dealer and find anything out let me know cause Im losing sleep over her.. :{ I dont want to get disappointed this early in the week. I should call them about it...

Previously they were $2k less but this is the second increase I believe since they initially released them. I’m pretty sure there was $2K increase 6 months back but I might be wrong.

When the B&P was announced..Mike Levine put out multiple comments about what plans were to be honored...A/Z plans were like the only ones..no X plan...I asked my dealer,(NJ) if they would honor it and they said "if Ford honors it ..we will do the same"..and so they did.. and I'm sure some didn't...But to be safe..we all know nothing is written in concrete when it comes to the Bronco..
