Thursday update

Last update was from 4AM this morning.
The train is in the Houston area now.
Departed Alvin (ya.. the city named after me)

Alvin is just 5 miles from the destination yard, so I assume it has arrived, but no ground tracking is updated yet.

I just checked CSX and no changes as of 9:41am

The recieving railyard is Ginormous so the next update might be days away.

I see no place to put an email unless I click the "Contact" button, but that looks like where you would just ask them questions rather than set up an account. What am I missing?

Nothing. You are not in their system yet.

Texted my salesman a few times over the last few days and never got a response, which is odd, he usually calls me as soon as I text. Figured something must be up and I was going to drop by the dealership this afternoon.

Just got off the phone with a new saleslady, my guy took another job and she is taking care of all the Bronco people. Wow, what a super nice lady, she told me the Bronco is in VA and should be at the dealer sometime next week, immediately knew how to give me the rail car number and looked up and verified my $975 price protection was there in the computer waiting for me.

Super nice conversation. I just wanted to verify a few things (that I had previously verified) about ADM, additional add-on's, etc. and she said, "Honey, that car is yours, we're not going to touch it".

Now I'm actually getting "pumped", LOL.

Excellent report, I hope the rest of us have such a positive report to issue when our times comes.

You may be right, but when I search for my VIN # it shows up with my Ford Dealership listed as well as a Load #. I just can't see a status.

I got that at first on my Mac laptop, used my iphone and it went through the second time.

Have you tried logging in to Ford.com and looking at your reservations? That's were my estimated date of arrival was when the pizza tracker was stuck on built and before I got the email with my baby picture.

Nothing works. Been sitting in production since 1/7
