After getting new shoes and a few other goodies we decided to take top off and head to Zions for the day.

I was just there a few weeks ago for the first time. Did the Angel’s Landing hike and look forward to completing it next time. Too much ice at the end to feel comfortable continuing on without spikes. Pictures don’t do that place justice!

Just got back this week from Zion absolutely gorgeous. Rented a Chevy Equinox and ran into a couple who had their new WildTrak out there… wished I could have had my Bronco there too as well - would have been awesome.

Regarding Angels Landing…. That is crazy scary! No deal for me!

We were there last Thursday before doing the Moab Off-Roadeo last Saturday. Such a special place, and one made for a Bronco. We got a few hikes in before suddenly getting caught in a blizzard on the hike up towards The Narrows entrance. Did Bryce Canyon as well. God’s country!

I get queasy just watching a video of Angels Landing. I did the Utah National parks a few years ago. My DNA has been forever altered by the absolute awesomeness provided by Mother Nature. EVERYONE needs to see these locations in person before they vacate the planet.BTW, the Bonneville salt flats during speed week also require a mandatory visit.

I wont go out to the end. There are a couple of people every year that die there. Some are intentional and some are not but way too many people there holding onto one Chain.

Bronco looks fantastic. I have the Rapid Red also and love the color on the Bronco. I’m jealous of your Zion’s trip. I’ve been fortunate to hike Angels Landing 3-times in the “off season”- It’s truly stunning. I would never hike it in the summer when there are hoards of people - that’s what makes it really scary - people up there that clearly shouldn’t be there.
