For normal driving conditions, Ford recommends changing oil at 7500-10,000 miles. I assume the engineers at Ford know it's a turbo charged engine.
The problem is, we don't know how much influence the marketing team had on that recommendation. They want to market the car as not having any maintenance requirements at all, of course.

Did some more reading on the "1k oil change". Apparently it was a recommendation from older generation cars where metal work was not a precise as today.
"well, you know, it's how we did it in 1940, so it must be exactly the same today, nothing's changed!"

Now let's talk brake fluid.
Turkey baster whatever is in the reservoir and replace with fresh fluid every year, you'll always have fresh fluid without risking potentially forcing an air bubble into the system.

I've got a friend, an old guy, who has an F150. I'm pretty sure he's every 3000 miles, and never over 1000 rpm.

And maybe the company is less concerned about issues further out past warranty. I tend to hang onto my vehicles like grim death, so I did first oil change at around 1300 miles, just in case the new engine shed some contaminants.

Also I followed the user manual recommendations regarding engine usage during the " break-in not a break-in" period. ;) Anything that could potentially give my Bronco a leg up 10+ years from now, assuming I'm still alive.

I did mine at 1,000. Have almost 3,000 on it now but it has been a struggle to put the miles on it. I travel and rent cars every week so like my Escalade. I will never see more than 3-4,000 miles a year but again, like my Escalade, I will change oil twice a year, November and May.

No matter how clean the manufacturing process there is ALWAYS some debris when assembling an engine. Also just because you can't see it with the eye doesn't mean it isn't there.

Doing an early oil change will at the very least never hurt and certainly can help.

So I bought my bronco wildtrak in August 2022. Just had my first oiled change at 2,900 miles . I'm curious though , when did y'all get your first oil change. I could swore my old junker cars used to run double that miles before I got an oild change so what's up with needing an oil change before it hit 3k miles. I rarely use the bronco hence I had it for a year and haven't driven it for than 3k. Note this is my first "new" vehicle since graduating college and always driven old as heck cars 🤧 so don't be mean 😩
My first oil change was at 500 miles. All of my new vehicles are done that early to flush out the break in particles. After that, it's every 3-4k miles on a GDI turbo engine and every 5k on NA engines. My rule of thumb: oil is cheap, engines are expensive.

Go to your local dealers and ask how my timing chains they have replaced on eco boost engines. Also, different part numbers on the timing chains when changed(updated). Replace oil every 5000 miles with fully synthetic. Remember, the engineers are under pressure from the number crunchers and they don’t care after your out of warranty!
