Lol reading this thread makes me realize I have trash taste I love almost every useless tacky acessory mentioned. Not that I'd add them to mine, but I see the appeal. I want to defend them all. Make it your own brothers and sisters. Personally I want some big ol horns for my brush guard. So you can see where my taste lie.

I think the Bronco would look good with a set of steerhorns on the front. 🫣

I chose a stubby because the OEM antenna distracted me a lot while driving, and I don't listen to AM/FM radio. It really bothered me when I was on the highway.

Radio reception is a safety and EMS issue that should work as well as possible at the worst of times. Same with ham and gmrs.
Bigger antennas provide better signal and therfore better survivability. Function over form, every time, my man.

If you did then my bad, borther. I didn't realize I was talking to someone who's pony never leaves the pavement and is not used in the backcountry. Where I live, signal strength can and often does make the difference between an inconvenience and serious danger.

I can see how if you have a pavement princess then everything I say is irrelevant and would seem foreign; but radio connectivity from big antennas are essential to a safe fun day wheeling in da'woods. Be it weather changes, calling out for help, or just staying updated on the outside world while cell service is non-existent for a few days, radio is an essential tool in my kit that you overlook at your own risk.

Get out there my man. The world is your oyster. Find the end of the road, and keep going.

It's cool man. Not all of us live out west. We can still go wheeling and have cell service here on the East Coast, even on unkept weird fire roads up in New England.

It’s AM/FM… stubbys are cool. I dunno where you live, but you could have a 20 foot antennae in so cal and the only thing you will pick up is the Banda (espanol) station. Not sure how that’s gonna help in an emergency…..but. Now if you’re talking GMRS, VHF, or Ham antennas that’s another topic.

Asked a 4Runner owner that I know, what kind of MPG he gets with that RTT on top. He wouldn’t answer - kept changing the subject. Finally his wife answered: 14 MPG.

My Bronco get 16.9. I would hate to think what it would get with the RTT on top.

Grille lights on non-raptors.

Grille lights exist only because they are legally required by FMVSS 108 on trucks over 80” wide. To me they shout “I’m too fat for extreme mountain trails!” or “I’m pretending I’m a Raptor”.

For some reason this is a huge fad in Southern California, especially for Toyotas. Many of the Toyota I see use 4 lights, probably because that MUST be superior to 3 lights, right?!?

I've never actually used the official Tuffy swing gate table. It's instructions were pretty terrible, the included hardware was low quality, and it involved drilling holes in the swinggate. You'll probably drill out of square, too, because you have to mark the 4th corner while the thing is still flimsy and wanting to parallelogram itself.

My wife bought the stickers that go in the trail sights. Big surprise, it looked like a glossy vinyl sticker attached to unpainted plastic, complete with ripples where the embossed "150lb Max" text is underneath

The bimini top for the two door SUCKS!!!

Mesh or canvas? I've had issues with my mesh but don't regret the purchase

I'm glad someone said it. I've always wondered why someone would want to voluntarily adhere to a government regulation that doesn't apply to them?

Unpopular opinion... Tube doors. Like do you want the doors on or not? Extra money, extra time changing them over, no benefit I can think of... I mean they're not really going to keep anything in and I doubt they provide all that much rigidity. If you're that worried about those things, just keep your doors on.

I love my tube doors! Takes an extra 5 minutes to take on and off.

I have some brand new tube doors still in the original boxes from the Factory that I ordered with my Bronco that I will sell if you would like them. I'm selling my Bronco due to changing circumstances and could sell the doors separately. I personally love the Bronco and think the tube doors are cool (and necessary for my wife and kids).

Haha..im opposite of most here, mine is still pretty much original..no retro decals, no extra lights, no extra led sig lights, .no tables, no new leather instead of cloth..i do have a 2 inch lift which i love and my hood struts are my fav.. my aim is to have the only original bronco lol which seems doable seeing all the mods here..
