Woofer recommendations, 2021 Big Bend

I am just replacing the factory front speakers with JL 6 1/2’s and 3 1/2’s.

Looking to get a subwoofer soon. Any recommendations on brand, size and location?

I did a Kicker 8" powered sub with new 4" in front and rear, all from Crutchfield. I left the stock 6.5 in place. For me, the biggest improvement was the forscan flat EQ download for the rear speakers. Look it up in the forscan forum. I put the SW behind the passenger rear panel.

I am old and not looking for a huge thump. This was cost effective and easy to install.

I have the JL Stealthbox and I am pretty impressed with it and it’s nice not having a sub box taking up any room.
