Wolfbox Rear Camera Mount Location - Where's Yours?

Under mirror? Edge of bumper?

I was looking at the edge of the bumper but the best location is on the end cap. I do remove it for a HD dunes flag mounting. The mirror has the 360 camera. I need to undo some slack in the wiring and see what kind of view I get moving it around. Right now I feel the third camera is redundant some what. Sounds like I have work to do tomorrow.

I originally just had my camera taped to the same location but this hood around it has done better in the rain. Until someone figures out a way to run a small hose off my onboard air compressor that I can toggle on and off from the drivers seat to clear the water from the lens, which I’d totally buy, I’m pretty content.

I guess I do not understand... you have the 360 cameras.... but need another view of the passenger side? That 360 camera system does a pretty nice job. What am I missing?

It's great but it shuts off after a certain speed. Plus the extra camera records. I use the 360 cameras all the time though. Especially for obstacles

4D Tech - can opener - opens the can bus and allows you to run all the speed sensitive stuff (at least a bunch of it) at any speed.

The one main feature I would want it doesn't do that. It states that The mirror spot lights are not one of the features. The ad is confusing.
It states that it does everything speed related and then states but not that. Am I missing something?

I think it eliminates the "speed" restriction on anything that is processed through the infotainment modules. The Mirror lights would be processed through the body control module. Sorry I don't even think of those lights... I have some ditch lights render those lights completely ineffective. I see you have ditch lights as well but I have pointed mine out to cover everything those mirror lights cover.

So all the address look up and other controls in the infotainment system that are limited to speeds are now available so my passenger can make adjustments at highway speeds that were unavailable before.

Do you happen to have better pictures of how you mounted this inside? I was looking at that plastic inside on the top and am thinking of printing a mount to work in there. But if you have a better setup that would be a lot easier.

I JUST used the 2 small screws. I drilled pilot holes and screwed it down. However I have moved it tobon top of the brake light. I am hoping to have my top off alot.
