25 BB passenger side window will go down with auto down. Does not go up w/auto up will go up manually but when it hit top shoot back down until 3 inches or so of the window is still showing. Tried the 5 second reset thing but doesn't work.
Called Ford Dealership was told Ford knows of the issue but do not have a fix????????

I have a 2024 Badlands Sasquatch 4 door and had this with my rear left window and now my front right. It seems to happen immediately after being serviced. I got it back from service and found the issue now I have to call them to fix it.

They did fix the rear one when I told them about it about a year ago.

Does the window reset procedure not fix it?

I've had luck opening my door and doing the 5 second trick. I've had to do this on 2 windows. That would not work with the door closed. Worth a try. If you haven't

what is the window reset procedure? I feel like I googled a fix the first time and tried it with no luck. But always willing to rely.
Thanks!

Here you go:
  • Step 1: With your Bronco running and all doors closed, press and hold the window switch down until the affected window is fully open. Continue holding the switch for 5 additional seconds after the window stops moving.
  • Step 2: Lift and hold the window switch up until the window fully closes. Continue holding the switch for 5 additional seconds after it reaches the top.
  • Step 3: Repeat both cycles one more time within the 30-second window. The automatic power window function should resume normal operation.
