If you move to Colorado you can join the rest of your state, so that’s a plus, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll find them driving down the highways doing 100+ or using the median or off roading to pass on the highway. My favorite is using the highway merge lanes to hit 100+ Mph because whatever they’re doing is very important.

Colorado is okay. It’s over crowded now and over priced, traffic sucks and nobody knows how to drive. I-70 and going to the mountains is a waste of time now because you’ll sit in traffic both ways. I’ve lived here 35 years, my entire life, and in the last 10 years I’ve learned to hate it. Lots of natives have moved out because prices and the ones who stayed hate it, It’s quickly becoming calirado.
I remember driving 80 and trucks flying by. My record here suggests I can't really get another ticket, sure out there is different out there.

If only I did the st1 tune on my ex's golf there, would of been perfect, though 170hp in those things is still more than enough

Oregon and Washington, but the east side of the Mountains. You can be in red counties in ponderosa forests at the foot of volcanoes. Alternatively - Idaho, west Montana, and west Wyoming.

My sister and I did those where to move quizzes, she got Wyoming as #1, mine was Utah with Wyoming as 3rd I think.

Now where to visit in those states that don't attract tourists, but people looking to possibly move

I drive a work van and I get passed and people try to run me off the road, it’s insane Lol.

That’s another thing that sucks about Colorado, altitude. Everything is slower here!

I love Texas, but I hate humidity

Liked Colorado, but it's turning blue from what I hear (this is as political as I'll get here, more I want to be around like minded people is all)

What state in Flyover country is mild in the summer and is Red? (Again, not gonna debate politics, just looking to see where)

Thanks in advance

North GA or TN doesn’t have killer summers.

my pick would be Utah or Wyoming if you can handle the wind/winter and afford to live there.

I've lived in Maryland a good part of my life. Have relatives in ME, MA, NY, NJ, DC, Nova Scotia, and Quebec, all of whom I've visited. Used to live in MA and went to college in WI and in London. Am planning to retire to either WI or Ontario. I actually like winter.

Some of my relatives are ardent Democrats, some are Trumpers. I'm happy to talk politics with anyone as long as it's a civil conversation. We are more similar than we are different.

I’ll keep Texas. It’s not horribly hot, mild winters, and damn good food.

Originally from Ohio...moved to Kalifornia in late '70s...spent most my time in San Diego...east county is off road heaven...most the east county roads are MC nirvana...(I'm a two wheel nut...close to tracks too for track days)...Got crowded and costly...retired to Nevada....looked hard at Reno...(not far from Tahoe, Sierras , Pyramid lake), but needed a big airport to see grandkids...(Bay area and Midwest)...so moved to lost wages....way too hot here in summer....but close to the wide open dez....politics be dammed....enjoy your life while you can...we all work too hard not to enjoy it.

I've lived all over the world and finally settled down in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Great weather with a lot of sunshine year-round, low humidity, beautiful scenery, lots to do and many great restaurants. The outdoor activities are endless out here to include hiking, biking, running, hunting, fishing, driving mountain trails, etc. I fell in love with the place after just one visit and made the move 15 years ago!

A1 Brutha! Couldn't have described it any better. I should have moved to CO when I had the chance, still might someday. Probably my favorite state, so much to see and do.
