Has anyone else run into a single hub having short studs? The rest of my studs are plenty long enough but my Drivers front wheel studs are all about a half an inch too short.

I bought it brand new. It was an OG order. Then only work that was ever done was oil changes. That's it.

Do you have any pictures? That seems crazy that one hub has shorter studs.
The hub was superseded to a new part number, but I find it odd that only 1 of yours would be different or that they would even change the stud length.

If I can remember, when I mounted 3/4" spacers, R/L front studs are shorter by about 1/4" At least they were on my24

I don't know why but I compared them to the rest of the studs and they seem to be the only ones that were too short. Either way I will take pictures and measurements for informational purposes. The lady that I use for service at my local dealer gave me a copy of Ford work instructions and it's done with the hub still on the vehicle. Pictures to come soon. Thanks for everyone's input so far.

There is another thread here on B6G that confirms different stud lengths between front/rear

Well damn if that isn't sketchy as hell! I'll do more investigating. Thanks for the information.
