Dear ford,
Overall, I love the hardware... nice job
- The tub should be aluminum as well.
- there should be a soft top option.
The software programming needs to be changed for a few things...it could be a much better truck if these bad decisions are fixed.
- the settings like drive mode, steering, suspension and exhaust should not reset
- stop the green seat belt warning, just make the warning go off when I buckle
- Soften the aggressive downshifting ( I have paddles if I want to do that )
- A lot of your vendors who are selling junk accessories on your website need to be dismissed
- You need to come out with the 3.0 tune or people will get one somewhere else.....

Dear Ford, and goes for other manufacturers.
I’ve never been worried about steering systems before. Should I be? Recycled bottles should be recycled into new plastic bottles. Not $50,000 vehicle interiors. What happened to cup holders? There are like 20 in the Sport.
Transmissions should not adjust to driving habits. They should remain as they are when delivered to dealer. You have had many years and models to get CarPlay right. It’s not horrible. But it never has a glitch in our VW. Fix your parts search/image and ordering system. It’s horrendous. Lastly, get your prices in check or it’s my last Bronco purchase.
