Cardboard for a template, plus some off the shelf Birch plywood from Home Depot.

I'd ordered some Marine grade carpet and 3M headliner spray.

Does anyone else have a better idea to glue the carpet, or am I on the right path?
Boat carpet adhesive, goes on with a v-notch trowel, won't let loose, available from bass pro

Installed the mirrored a pillar covers today. Absolutely shocked with how good they look for a $5, 5 minute mod. Just hoping they hold up - but if not I'll just buy more lol

New Hellwig anti-roll bar. Set in the mid position. Easy install. No need to raise the vehicle.
Finished late so no long term test but a quick around the neighborhood showed me what I wanted. The rear settles quicker and feels like a little less understeer is present. It's a high CG vehicle so expectations were moderate. Worth the time and money. Will recommend. It's the wife's and we have a truck for heavy loads and towing so won't likely be testing the highest setting. Put a Hellwig on my truck a couple years ago and it made a very nice difference. So if you own a Ram 1500 I'd recommend that too.

I installed Beegrow sill protectors on my β€˜24 big bend. They are quite nice and cheap. No noticed a spot on the sill. Paint defect or early corrosion? The truck is less than a month old…

There's been other posts on here, including from myself, where door sills have had chipped paint due to the door not being properly aligned. I took it to the Ford dealership and they corrected it, and used some touch-up paint on the scratched area.

Not sure if that's the same issue you're having, but worth looking on the same area of the door itself to see if there's any corresponding damage or something that doesn't look right.
