For those with the larger portable compressors - Where do you keep it in the Bronco?

The cubby under the floor in the back is pretty small. It looks like there's quite a bit of room under the back seat.

I have a Viair 84P that was really slow on 31s. It fits in the cubby along with some other stuff.
I really want to make the under the floor in trunk area but that seems challenging

Here is a link to the DV8 mount that goes in the trunk.

The AGS kit mounts the compressor behind the spare tire.

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/the-best-way-to-mount-your-arb-twin-compressor-from-ags-off-road

Barnes 4wd and KR Off-road both make a mount to put the compressor in the engine bay.

There are other kits as well that mount in the cargo area, but these are the ones I feel take up wasted space.

I really like the permanent dual compressors, but I just don't need it for my 6-10 beach driving excursions per year. In Corolla OBX they have a very nice place to air back up that I use most of the time there. I still wanted to have something adequate for the Sasquatch 35s.

I ended up buying https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08637KCWQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

For the price it's not bad at all. I had a set of deflators that I used with my Ranger, but bought a better set for the Bronco. Tried it out in the garage. Deflated to about 18 PSI and was able to get back up to 38 in a few minutes per tire.

No way is it fitting under the rear floor, or the back seat. It's heavy enough that it won't be rolling around.

Viair 450P. For the amount of times I air down, it's more than adequate for me.

I use the NAPA special, although mine was $89 after coupons and on sale. The thing absolutely kicks butt. I split the long hose that come with it, so I can inflate 2 at ones time. It gets them back up really quickly. Much more quickly than most on-board systems I have seen or used.

i use my Makita 18v LXT primarily:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085DV34VC/

i have a viair stowed away just in case, but the makita 18v is so easy. fills fast enough, and i can do all 4 tires multiple times before needing a charge. i carry 2 batteries and 1 charger that runs off the cigarette lighter power.

Any details on said kit?

Also if that's all the bigger the case kit is I may just pull the trigger on that so I have something that I can move between trucks.

I just emptied out the bank account to get the Bronco so I’ll have to improvise for a while.
