Sure you can tap shift or mash the go peddle to force a downshift but it rarely needs to. It will accelerate uphill in 10th on the interstate by virtue of boost and more boost. It’s not a complaint, just an observation of what the engineers chose to employ.

Yes indeed the 2.7 will not downshift at 70mph up a canyon hill. Boost will be at 12 pounds and it just hums right along in 10th gear 🤣

2023 Wildtrak SAS with stock GY and conversation is easy with the roof off around town. Even 70mph on the interstate with windows up and no roof, I don't have to raise my voice to talk to my passenger. I raise my voice at the kids in the backseat but for different reasons :ROFLMAO:

I was open to either (4-door Rubicon vs 4-door Sasquatch). Mrs. MEDISN drove both back to back and chose Bronco hands-down. More livable on the road by far. I had a V6 Pentastar Wrangler, the power wasn't bad. Huge improvement with the Bronco 2.7 V6 especially 30-to-50 mph and 50-to-70 range...

The Bronco is 11/10 with the top off. I loathe December and January when I have to put the top back on in SoCal :confused: I barely drive it then! Totally different experience.

Exactly. Those nice cars probably think parking next to my Bronco at SNA is a door ding risk. I've seen Bentley's squeezed between two Escalades. I'm like, how does anyone get in/out?? Our spaces are too narrow for all the performance cars and trucks in there.
