Warn winch Mount part number

Is the Warn winch mount vapor ware? The one that is shown in B&P with the Zeon 10 winch. I want to order just the mount and modify it for a 8274

Both Ford and Warn have nothing to say regarding availability of “just the mount” at the moment.
Bronco Bastards show one, but they haven’t responded to emails…

A while back Ford (or someone said Ford) said they aren’t planning to sell the mount separately. Can’t understand why, and it’ll be available from the parts counter eventually, but it’s a pain if you want to mount a winch on day one.

We don't even know if they'll offer the mount by itself. But as things stand right now, it's not available and there's no word on when it will be, winch or not.

Bronco Bastards has literally zero parts in stock and a bunch of pictures of Jeep mods. Not sure why anyone would trust that site at this point.

I spoke with Warn the other day. You will see bumpers soon but the mount was all hush hush.

I took a Warn Zeon 10 off my Jeep just over a year ago because I heard it was the same Winch Ford was going to offer. I thought I could save a little cash by using my own winch and just get the mounting kit. I am sure they will eventually release it or the aftermarket will make a solution for those who don't want to burn money to buy parts they don't really need.

I'm excited to see someone put an 8274 on one of these bad boys, I have one on the CJ-7. Not sure if I will like how it will block the Bronco grille so I'm waiting for some one else to mount it . If the mount from Ford doesn't become available by the end of the year I may make a winter project out of it and fabricate something similar and ether do an 8274 or the Zeon.

Who said anything about trust, just sharing what I’ve found and don’t most of the aftermarket “sold out” of Bronco accessories right now? lol

Several 3rd parties have Bronco parts in stock. I'll take BB seriously when they get *a* part in. And remove all the Jeep parts with Bronco descriptions.

I know it ain't going to be easy, and I know it will be custom. I am trying to spin it into - I can fix the camera, parking sensors and adaptive cruise control all at the same time. I am torn between a custom bumper for the 8274 or a custom mount like the Ford solution. I like the way the Warn/Ford mount is tied into the frame. We shall see. I have my fabricator on standby..

Sad to say but a 3rd party will probably be the first to release a winch plate compatible with the front bumper. I myself am looking for one as I'll be wheeling right away while I wait for DV8 to release their bumper. Would be nice to have a winch shortly after getting delivery.
